5 GENERAL PROCEDURE TO START CONSTRUCTION IN REAL ESTATE After getting detailed drawing of a Project from Design Section, it is submitted to the Construction Department to undertake the construction activities. From the very beginning to completion of the project, the whole procedure needs to be managed properly to maintain the quality of works and to finish the project efficiently and timely. Construction Department is responsible to supervise each and every stages of construction activities.

6 STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Arrangement of sufficient skilled Manpower according to project size. Preparation of Construction schedule. Quality control of construction works following the standards and procedures. Monitoring work progress periodically. Ensure Safety & Security at Construction Site(s). Management of contractors and workers to achieve targets. Provide training periodically/ regularly to all project-in-charge and newly recruited engineers.
