2 4 Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and bottom layers of flooring etc. using 40mm size black hard crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing, lowering, laying concrete in not less than 150mm thick and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge, including cost of all materials, all taxes and royalities, loading and unloading conveyance, all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete cum R.C.C- M20 5 Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 Grade having a crushing strength of in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing adn tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 in footing, Plinth Band, Lintels, Chajja, Shelf fins, Roof slabs, Balconies,Column, Beam Parapets, Window sills, Lofts, Railings etc. with 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumb and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including cost of scaffolding, watering and curing for the required period including cost of all materials with taxes, royalties transportation, loading and unloading, all labour, sundries, T&P including hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge but excluding the cost of materials and labour for reinforcement bars, centering and shuttering for the work. a Column Footing and Plinth Beam cum b Coloumn & Beam 8.24 cum c Lintel 1.77 cum d Slab 8.23 cum K.B Brick Masonary (1:6) in F & P 6 K.B. 3 7 Providing & fixing TOR Fe-415 reinforcement bars for RCC work of required diameter of approved quality with straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding and joining (if necessary) and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and providing fan hooks, hoisting, lowering and laying including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. Rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all heights as per the specification & direction of E-I-C. (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement.) K.B brick work (1:6 )in Super structure 8 K.B. Distemper 13 Providing & Painting two coats with distemper of approved shade to give an even surface including all cost ofmaterials, labour, scafolding, T & P etc. complete as pe the direction of E-I-C. Synthetic Enamel Paints 14 Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and approved shade confirming to ISI on steel/wood work to give an even shade over a coat of primer of approved quality and shade including sand papering and making the surface smooth in all floors at all heights including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of all materials, labour, sundries, T& P scaffolding required for the work and complete in all respect as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Weather coat 15 Providing & Painting with two coats to the entire outside surface with weather coat paint of any approved shade over a coat of silicon based primer make to the outer surface after scraping and cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Doors and windows 16 Supplying of doors and windows made out of CR sheet of 14 gauge and ms angle of 40mmx40mmx25mm size including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineerin-charge in all floors sqm cum sqm sqm sqm Kg

PVC Door 18 Providing and fixing 30mm thick factory made PVC rigid foam paneled door shuttes with choukhat manufactured by M/s Rajshri or equivalent made from M.S. tube of 19 gauge thickness, size 19x19mm for styles and 15x15mm for top and bottom rails, covered with heat moulded PVC C channel of 5mm thick sheet and 30x50mm wide to form styles and 5mm thick and 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on other side and 5mm thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of 5mm thick PVC sheet fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the styles and rails with 5x30mm PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., complete as per manufacturers specification including fixing frames with 4 Nos.
