Delete Gilbane Project Manual section Advertisement for Bids / Invitation to Bid dated December 1, 2016 and replace with section Advertisement for Bids / Invitation to Bid dated June 12, Note that the requirement to be DAS prequalified for Bid Package 06A Millwork has been added and the due date and location has been updated. 4. Delete Gilbane Project Manual section Milestone Schedule dated November 15, 2016 in its entirety and replace with section Milestone Schedule dated June 12, Insert Reference Gilbane Project Manual section Alternate Milestone Schedule. Bidders shall utilize section Alternate Milestone Schedule as the basis of pricing Alternate 8. Reference /L Specific Scope Items: Add new Specific Scope Item #28 to read, Provide all work for the display cases as shown on the drawings including but not limited to aluminum tube, wood veneer, plywood, blocking. Provide glazing integral with the display cases, this includes, but is not limited to, the display case doors and shelves. All lights interior of display cases are by this contractor. Final wiring connection to be by the Electrical Trade Contractor. Bid Package 07A 1. Reference /H Unit Prices: Change unit for 07A-2 30 x30 Walkway Pads to SF. 2. Coordinate locations with both Mechanical and Architectural drawings. 3. Reference /L Specific Scope Items: Add specific item #43, Provide full snow melt system including but not limited to the SP-1 and SP-2 Snowmelt Panels, controllers, sensors, pipes/tubes, monitoring system, and all wiring associated within the Snowmelt system. Coordinate work with BP03A Building Concrete to ensure system is tested prior to concrete placement and signed off and approved by Construction Manager. Reference /L Specific Scope Items #2: Add Specification Section FACILITY STORM-WATER RECOVERY SYSTEM 4. Reference /L Specific Scope Items #9: Add text, Provide site clearing including clearing site of plant life and grass, removal of tree and shrub root systems, removal of surface debris, and all of existing utilities, asphalt pavement, equipment and material. Demolition of existing building proper is by BP02A. All exterior removal/demolition is by this Trade Contractor. Include removal of the existing chain link fence and the foundations. Take extra caution to not damage the existing fence outside of property to remain. Document existing fence to remain that is damaged and include cost to repair/replace it accordingly. 5. Reference /L Specific Scope Items: Add new scope item #12, Provide all exterior utilities to within five (5) feet of the building including but not limited to gas piping, sanitary, water, fire protection. 6. Reference /L Specific Scope Items #26: Add text, anti-bouyancy slab for grease interceptors and all concrete as shown in detail 1/P4.01 and Coordinate with appropriate MEPFP Trade Contractors. 7. Reference /L Specific Scope Items #43: Add text, BP26A will route the wiring for the devices on the north wall of the Gym underground. Coordinate with BP26 Trade Contractor accordingly. 9. Reference /L Specific Scope Items: Add Specific Item #53, Provide segmental retaining walls, block retaining wall, mortared fieldstone seat wall and retaining wall, boulder wall and boulder seatwall including but not limited to all of the associated drainage aggregate and reinforcing as detailed and specified. If any part of the retaining wall is to be exposed, it must be a finished product. Coordinate work with any fencing to be installed on top or adjacent to the retaining walls and seat walls by either this Trade Contractor or BP05A. Any additional concrete, fill, aggregate, reinforcing, geogrid, etc. required to accommodate the fencing will be the responsibility of this Trade Contractor. 10.
