Design-Build Process Our DESIGN PHASE will begin with a concept phase where we understand your lifestyle, what your project goals are and develop a schematic design.

Then we will move into the design development phase where we incorporate all the material selection and details of the project. Finally, we enter the construction cost phase so you have the peace of mind that your vision is within your budget. This design phase takes generally 2-3 months and starts at $25,000 for new custom homes. Our CONSTRUCTION PHASE will begin once the design plans, all material selections and the construction costs are approved by you. This phase will start with completing the architectural, structural and civil plans for permits. Then we will submit the full set of plans for permits at the appropriate jurisdiction.
