3 Menifee City Council City Council Regular Agenda May 20, Public Hearing to Consider Ordinance No Amending the Municipal Code by the adoption of a new Chapter 9.54 Land Use and Business Registration establishing a process for Uses in Place Prior to Incorporation and Currently not Compliant with City Regulations, to Receive a Business License and Progress toward full Compliance. Conduct Public Hearing Following receipt of public comments and discussion, find the Code Amendment by way of Development Code Amendment (DCA) No Exempt from further environmental review and authorize staff to file the Notice of Exemption upon adoption of the Ordinance.
