1 Job Description Job Title: Trainee - Credit Services Reporting Staff Responsibility: Nil Grade: 1 Reports To: Senior Learning and Development Specialist Location: Homebush Office Department: Employee Relations Section: Organisational Development Last Updated: 20 November 2018 Summary The Credit Services Reporting Trainee will gain knowledge and experience over a month period within the Assurance and Development and Credit Operations teams. The trainee will also undertake a nationally accredited qualification from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following. Others may also be assigned. Assists in completion of monthly credit reports including but not limited to Board reports, APRA reports, ABS reports etc. Assists in reconciliation of core general ledgers Undertakes all necessary training and performs associated duties as directed by the Supervisor Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties Provides efficient, professional and friendly member service at all times and according to TMBL standards Complies with relevant codes, legislation, policies and procedures Participates in Performance Management interviews to ensure standards are maintained Assists with the assessment of credit cards, personal and home loans Assists with the funding of credit cards, personal and home loans Organisational Values To perform the job successfully, an individual should endeavour to demonstrate the following set of core values in every aspect of their day-to-day working life at TMB. Guidance and support will be offered by TMBL staff at every opportunity to assist Trainee to succeed Minimum HSC Potential to complete Financial Services Reform Tier 2 Accreditation (offered through the Australian College of Commerce and Management) should Trainee's role change to include providing information to members Specific Skills and/or Attributes Required The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, abilities and skills required. 3 Job Description Job Title: Trainee - IT Operations Staff Responsibility: Nil Grade: 1 Reports To: Senior Learning and Development Specialist Location: Homebush Office Department: Employee Relations Section: Organisational Development Last Updated: 20 November 2018 Summary The IT Operations Trainee will gain knowledge and experience over a month period in various areas of IT Technical support and process management. The trainee will also undertake a nationally accredited qualification from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following. Others may also be assigned. HELP DESK Responds to enquiries and requests made by staff through a variety of channels including phone, , in person or via dedicated software tools in a positive, professional manner to a high standard of service Accurately records all incidents and requests handled within the TMBL Service Desk tool (currently Microsoft Service Manager) by either updating tickets loaded by staff, or opening new tickets on their behalf Resolves or escalates incidents and requests in a timely manner and to completion Participates in the tracking of asset movements and accurate record keeping Provides first level application support for the core business platform and related systems DESKTOP SUPPORT Configures, troubleshoots and installs both hardware and software according to business requirements and requests Consults effectively with other staff to collect information on reported issues for the purpose of diagnosing cause & corrective actions Assists with the testing of software and hardware Undertakes all necessary training and performs associated duties as directed by the Supervisor Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties Provides efficient, professional and friendly service at all times and according to TMBL standards Complies with relevant codes, legislation, policies and procedures Uses a variety of computer applications

The trainee will also undertake a nationally accredited qualification from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following. Others may also be assigned.
