However, when this is not available, the ecart output, which is required by all vendors, can still get results but with the following limitations: DQ monitoring and SPM reports can only be done within HMIS ecart output can not be generated across multiple projects APRs would be run one at a time and output posted to the data cube Cumbersome for getting and maintaining longitudical data for all projects in the region Client level information is not included so unable to develop by-name lists or integrate with external Coordinated Entry systems SPMs cannot be run over just the clients that are within a project CAN view APR results at the project level and show length of homelessness CAN NOT obtain length of homelessness across multiple projects in the system
