She s using her Professional Coaching Certificate to implement an employee coaching program. Since completing my training, I find myself listening for more than what s actually being said, which allows me to ask questions I may not have thought of before. It has greatly impacted the way I facilitate trainings. Coaching for Life and Work Coaching is more than a job. It s a profession that allows you to impact the lives of others by helping them identify and eliminate barriers to their success. Examine and apply core coaching competencies in your daily interactions through our International Coach Federation-accredited coach training program. The 2018 Spring UC Davis Executive Leadership Program will meet every Thursday afternoon and Evening, March 29-May 17, at the Sutter Square Galleria in Sacramento. Program includes: Interactive Sessions 360 Assessment Coaching Exceptional Value Tuition for the 2018 Spring Executive Leadership Program is $5,950 ($5,650 if registration and payment occur prior to February 15). This program is an extraordinary value that includes exceptional faculty and the opportunity to network with leaders from Northern California s top organizations. Enrollment deadline is March 16. Program usually fills before this date.
