7 Apprenticeship Reforms and the Levy The Apprenticeship Levy will be introduced in May 2017 and we are working with all our customers to understand the way Apprenticeships are delivered and funded. We are advising employers to use it or lose it. The Apprenticeship Levy can be used for recruiting new apprentices for the development of existing employees. 9 Trailblazing on Trailblazers! Geason Training are one of the first training providers in the UK to deliver a new Trailblazer standard in a construction related discipline. The objective for the new Trailblazer standards is to ensure that all Apprenticships are employer lead. We are already successfully delivering the Level 2 Trailblazer Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance and the Level 3 Trailblazer Apprenticeship in Housing Management to our customers.
