The Project has successfully completed the ICB for the purchase of computer equipment for audio and video systems to support the management model for oral processes in labor, civil and family law. Given the amount of the ICB, USD 5,903,494, the Project team has requested the Bank and DNP to increase the cap of the designated account from USD 1m to 5m in order to allow for the payments of SOEs related to the ICB as well as scheduled payments for the Page 1 of 9

2 finished civil works in the 6 cities intervened by the Project (Baranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena and Medellin). The PCU has provided the DNP and Bank a cash flow forecast (attached) to justify the increase in the amount of the designated account until the month of June CY13. Disbursements for the CY ending on December 31, 2012 are expected to total USD $12,872, 442.
