2 Main Duties The main duties are as follows: Project Management ngagement: Take ownership and accountability for the A project Management Framework, ensuing it s kept up-to-date and relevant. nsure effective implementation of the framework across the organisation through delivery of updates, training and workshops Provide support, training and guidance to staff managing projects across the organisation to ensure established processes are followed. Facilitate a project lead learning group, to share best practice and lessons learned Stakeholder Management: The Programme Manager will identify and manage collaborative stakeholder relationships, successfully managing engagement and communications to ensure buyin, bringing in senior level support when required. dentify training needs amongst the manager community to improve collaboration. Programme Reporting: Hold an over-arching view of the portfolio of organisational projects, with responsibility for producing a reporting dashboard and regular reporting to the SMT and relevant managers, disseminating learning as required. Providing SMT with sufficient data to make decisions on projects. Programme Management: Day to day management and leadership of a work programme. At this level this involves ensuring Project Managers are following the A methodology, ensuring resources are accurately allocated to projects Manage the lessons learnt process following project closure and ensure learnings are implemented to continuously improve the PM framework Project Management: Support the Director of Resources and Head of OD Delivery and Programme Management in the annual planning cycle. Manage adhoc individual projects as required by the Head of OD Delivery and Programme Management Risk Management and compliance: Help dentify, monitor and proactively manage project risks and issues taking tangible action to ensure strategic and operational risks and issues are identified, prioritised, assessed, and appropriate mitigating actions are developed, implemented and monitored. nsure compliance with legal, contractual and partnership agreements. Other Duties As a member of the Charity s Leadership team observe a code of conduct consistent with the values of the Charity to facilitate an environment of employee well-being & engagement. Support the work of colleagues across the organization including supporting strategic goals and other cross directorate objectives required. To observe and comply with all ndependent Age Policies, including the key policies and procedures on Confidentiality, Data Protection, Health and Safety, Safeguarding and nformation Technology Policies and Procedures. To undertake specific safety responsibilities relevant to individual roles. Other responsibilities appropriate to an appointment at this level. 2
