1 AoC Sport is the lead membership organisation for college sport and physical activity and is an Association of Colleges (AoC) subsidiary company. AoC Sport encourages and supports every student to participate in sport and physical activity as an integrated part of their college experience. Offering a range of specialist advice, training and events, AoC Sport champions a whole-organisation, cross-curricular approach to physical activity, which results in dynamic college communities, healthy students and an economic boost to the bottom line. AoC Sport was formed following the merger of British Colleges Sport (BCS), the nglish Colleges Football Association (CFA) and the Association of Colleges (AoC) sport policy team in August The CFA brand was retained and now represents AoC Sport s football delivery arm as part of the long-term successful partnership with The Football Association. Association of Colleges (AoC) exists to represent and promote the interests of colleges and provide members with professional support services. As such, we aim to be the authoritative voice of colleges based on credible analysis, research, advocacy and consultation with colleges and the first choice destination for guidance and advice for members. AoC was established in 1996 by colleges themselves as a voice for further education and higher education delivered in colleges at national and regional level. Our membership includes General and Specialist Further ducation colleges and Sixth Form colleges in ngland and we work with other college associations via the UK Council of colleges AoC's structure includes a busy national office in London, an active network of nine regional offices and a wide range of member networks, through which staff and Governors inform and shape AoC policy and activity. JOB SCRIPTION: National Football evelopment Coordinator (women and girls ) Job Purpose: Coordinate programmes and deliver activities which directly support the delivery of strategic objectives relating to Women and Girls F Football in the CFA Strategy and The FA Women s Football Strategy. This includes the coordination of the Women s Football Apprentices, Girls Football Youth Sport Award and Activator Training; working in close partnership with key stakeholders. 1 P a g e Job Title: National Football evelopment Coordinator (Women and Girls )

Reputational: when dealing with AoC Sport stakeholders and coordinating national projects in partnership with The FA The Football Association, National Participation Manager College Football Hubs and member colleges National partners County Football Associations Sport ngland Youth Sports Trust CFA Committee AoC Sport Colleagues (across Football evelopment, Competitions, Policy, Sport evelopment, xecutive Team) All AoC Staff Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 1. Administer The Women s Football Apprentice Programme across selected College Football Hubs, coordinate National Apprentice training and support the empowerment of this network to grow women s and girls football by 1500 by June Coordinate training for 1000 female Activators and volunteers working to develop the women & girls game through F Football Hubs in partnership with The FA by June Support the AoC Sport and The FA to enhance the women s & girls offer through F Football Hubs by developing appropriate resources and effective communications 2 P a g e Job Title: National Football evelopment Coordinator (Women and Girls )

Liaise with Youth Sport Trust and The Football Association to engage up to 25 colleges in the delivery of the Youth Sport Award developing 990 female leaders by June Support FA Girls Football Week across the sector to increase and retain participation rates sitting as part of The FA Girls Football Week project group 6. Support AoC Sport to identify and develop suitable partnerships that support the delivery and development of the women s & girls game 7. Support the promotion of good practice, raise awareness of women s football and galvanise support of F Football Hubs and key stakeholders to develop this area of the game 8. Monitor and evaluate the annual impact of F Football Hubs on the strategic priorities of AoC Sport and The FA relating to women s and girls football 9. Liaise with the AoC Sport competitions team and AoC Sport Project Officer to monitor the growth women s football in 11v11 affiliated football and flexi-leagues 10. Support work across the wider areas of football development specific to women s football 11. Any other duties that may reasonably be requested by the National Football evelopment Manager.
