As Operations Manager Partnerships and Projects you will be responsible for the design and development of our UK wide service delivery partnerships. As we embark on our new five year strategy we have an ambition to become the very best organisation within the sector and therefore will transform our partnerships to ensure we deliver the very best for young people. The role will ensure that national partnerships are developed to the highest possible standard that enables us to deliver the very best for young people. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the Trust, specifically regional and country operational teams and fundraising leads, you will ensure that our delivery commitments are achieved in our effort to reach more young people through high quality partnerships. Through great partnership and project management you will; - Maintain compliance of an organisational wide framework that ensures the Trust partners with those organisations that consistently deliver the highest quality services for young people. - nsures national partnerships and projects are successfully implemented across the organisation and adopted by delivery teams. - The performance of our partnerships is monitored and evaluated ensuring every opportunity is maximised in the best interest of young people. - We are strategic in our partnership approach and consistently seek out every opportunity to deliver our vision and strategic goals. KY CONTACTS: National Service Delivery and Design teams (including Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Qualifications and Partnerships), Regional and Country Operations and Community ngagement leads, Regional and
2 National Fundraising Teams, Business Partner functions (including; Marcomms, Finance & Performance and People & Learning), xternal Stakeholders relevant to Partnerships and Projects within remit. SUCCSS CRITRIA: 1. Liaise with regional operations teams to ensure national delivery agreements are understood, implemented and suitable planning in place to ensure delivery is a success. 2. Guide and support colleagues across The Trust, ensuring we consistently deliver against commitments made jointly with our partners. 3. Collaborate with fundraising colleagues to ensure partnerships are developed and designed in an effective way, that most benefits our service delivery for young people. 4. Work closely with our Service Design and Delivery colleagues to continually implement improvements to our services for young people where high profile partners are involved and engaged. 5. Develop and manage successful internal and external relationships to ensure we maximise all national partnerships in the most effective way.. 6. nsure partnerships are developed and delivered against an organisational wide framework, ensuring we quality assure our partnerships and constantly strive for the very best in our effort to do what is right for young people. 7. nsure we effectively monitor the national performance and KPIs related to national partnerships and projects, always delivering against commitments made and tackling underperformance should it occur. 8. Create an organisational-wide culture whereby we become the very best organisation to partner with. 9. Work with the National Head of Partnerships and Projects and other senior colleagues on other high priority projects across National Delivery, as required. 10. Compliance with The Trust s guidelines on the requirements of Recruiting Safely, Safeguarding and Health and Safety Policies. 11. Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required by The Trust.

4 Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of the challenges young people within the Trust s target group face, specifically those initially engaging and those that chose to engage on a digital platform. xceptional project management skills xcellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. xcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders. Strong ability to engage and access key stakeholders, and build, influence and support. Can determine decisions, making trade-offs where appropriate and understand the impact on interrelated areas. Knowledge of Health and Safety practices and processes. Knowledge of Safeguarding practices and processes. Strong awareness and understanding of equal opportunities and the ability to translate these into effective action.
