4 1. Purpse This Applicatin is part f HR Department s prcess t acquire emplyee s gal alignment and self assessment data t prcess PMS (Perfrmance measurement system). System has functinality t define gals which later gets apprved by Supervisr and HOD respectively. Based n defined / apprved gals, user will prvide input fr achievement against each gal. User als needs t define their training needs, behaviral assessment and snapsht while filling achievement. Defined achievement will ges fr apprval f respective Supervisr and HOD. Bases n given rating and grades, HOD and SBU Head will submit final summary t HR t clse PMS prcess. 4 P a g e

9 3. Change Reprting Hierarchy Mdify emplyee s current reprting hierarchy. Click n Reprts Change Reprting Hierarchy frm Menu. Nte: System will reset Gals/KRA and Self Assessment, if reprting hierarchy changed fr any emplyee. Once changed, there is n ptin t reset it. Enter apprpriate value against each field and Save. 10 4. Gal / PMS Status Click n Reprts Gal / PMS Status frm menu. Select PMS Year and Reprt type. Click n t generate reprt. a) Gal. Heading. i. Ttal Emplyee: Ttal Emplyee strength in Department. ii. Eligible: Ttal eligible Emplyee fr selected PMS Year. iii. Prepared & Submitted: Ttal emplyees whse KRA/Gal alignment prepared and Submitted fr Supervisr/HOD review and apprval. iv. Prepared & Nt Submitted: Ttal emplyees whse KRA/Gal alignment prepared but nt submitted fr supervisr/hod review and apprval. v. Nt Prepared: Ttal emplyees whse KRA/Gal alignment nt prepared. vi. 18 7. SBU Wise Percentage Used t define SBU wise Increment percentage. Click n Reprts SBU Wise Percentage. System will shws list f SBU Heads. Select PMS Year and click n SBU Head name. 18 P a g e

19 Enter Percentage Increment (In number nly) Based n Value system will calculate, Prbable ttal Increment and New CTC. Click n and save. System will update increment percentage fr each emplyees based n their final grade. 19 P a g e

20 8. Management summary Used t finalize Increment prcess. Click n Reprts Management Summary. System will shws list f SBU Heads. Select PMS Year and click n SBU Head name. 20 P a g e

21 System will pen new windw fr Management Summary. If SBU wise Percentage nt defined, System will nt allw pening management summary. System will autmatically retrieve SBU Head Rating as Management. Enter grade against each emplyee, nte; System allws user t enter nly E, A, B, C and D. Suggest Prmtin and Market Crrectin as applicable. Based n given value, system will calculate Prrate Based Increment, Prmtin Increment, Ttal Increment and New CTC. HR Needs t prvide emplyee wise Cmmitment increment in excel file t IT. 21 P a g e

22 Click n t update Management Summary; System will nt frward Management Summary. System will als update Bell curve parameter n each save. Click n t view bell curve based n updated Management grade. Click n t submit and apprve Management Summary. Nte: Once submitted. System will nt track, which HR persn had submitted Management Summary. Click n t Exprt Management summary in Excel file. 23 9. Fill KRA/Self Assessment HR persn can submit KRA/Gal and Self Assessment n behalf f emplyee. Click n Reprts Gal / PMS Status frm menu. Select type (Gal Gal alignment, Self Assessment Self Assessment) and emplyee id. Click n. Gal: pen gal alignment screen. Self Assessment: pen self assessment screen. Fr clarificatin in KRA/Gal Alignment and Self Assessment, refer Emplyee user Manual - PMS. Nte: System will nt track, which HR persn had submitted KRA/Gal and self assessment. 23 P a g e

24 10. Emplyee PMS Details Generate PMS detailed reprt. Click n Reprts Emplyee PMS Details frm menu. Select PMS year and click n t dwnlad reprt dump in excel frmat. 24 P a g e

25 11. Reverse Final Summary Reverse HOD and SBU Head summary. Click n Reprts Reverse Final Summary frm menu. Enter apprpriate value and click n t reverse summary. Nte: System will update nly status [System will nt reverse Grade, Market Crrectin and prmtin mdificatin]. System allws reversal f summary fr current PMS year nly. 25 P a g e

28 Select PMS Year and click n HOD Name. Enter grade against each emplyee, nte; System allws user t enter nly E, A, B, C and D. Suggest Prmtin and Market Crrectin as applicable. Click n t partially save Level Zer Summary, system will nt send it t SBU Head review and Apprval. Click n t submit and apprve Level Zer Summary fr SBU Head review and apprval.
