Accessing the VSR Lg int IWAS; Click n System Listing n the left side f the screen; Click n Web-based Illinis Nutritin System (WINS); On the Spnsr Dashbard under Reprts, click n the NSLP Verificatin Summary Reprt link. If a field des nt apply, r there is n data t be entered, please enter 0 (zer). T return t any prir step, return t the Spnsr s WINS dashbard and click n the NSLP Verificatin Summary Reprt link under the Reprts heading, OR use the Previus buttn. All steps may be edited as lng as the Submit buttn has nt been clicked in Step 5. Step 1 APPLICATION Cunts as f Octber 2, 2017 Any numbers prvided in this sectin will be carried frward t the apprpriate sectin f Step 3 f the VSR. All SFAs with schls, sites, r Residential Child Care Institutins (RCCIs) cllecting husehld eligibility applicatins must reprt in this sectin. Reprt the number f SNAP/TANF, Fster, and Incme APPLICATIONS apprved as f Octber 2. Line 1: Enter the number f APPLICATIONS apprved as FREE eligible based n: A SNAP r TANF ID number being prvided n the applicatin; A cmbined SNAP/TANF and Fster child applicatin; OR an applicatin that nly has a Fster child being indicated. A cmbined Incme and Fster child applicatin shuld be reprted with the apprpriate FREE r REDUCED-PRICE incme applicatin infrmatin. Line 2: Enter the number f APPLICATIONS apprved as FREE eligible based n Incme infrmatin being prvided. Line 3: Enter the number f APPLICATIONS apprved as REDUCED-PRICE eligible based n Incme infrmatin being prvided. Line 4: Ttal number f applicatins. This bx aut-calculates based n data entered in n Lines 1, 2, and 3. Line 5: Enter the number f Errr-prne Incme applicatins frm all applicatins entered n Lines 2 and 3. Line 3: Of the RCCIs reprted n Line 2; Clumn A- enter the number f RCCI site(s) with *DAY students and Clumn B- enter the number f ONLY the DAY students with access t the NSLP and/r SBP in RCCI site(s). *DAY students (NOT residents), are students wh s meal eligibility is determined based n an applicatin r direct certificatin as applicable
