Red Line - the process custom clearance need 7 working days after document complete and received by custom Please advise the HS code of the cargo to check whether any special documents needed by custom Please do not arrange the shipment without our confirmation To avoid any problem at custom, kindly ensure that the consignee have complete import license documents also mention the correct details on the AWB. IMPORTANT NOTICE - Starting first of April 2019, all air shipments to Indonesia need our written approval before departure & all pre-alerts documents need to be sent to us minimum 8 hours before shipment departure from origin. Failing to respect this regulation will generate a penalty of 1000 USD up to 8000 USD which will be billed back to your company.
