5 10. Pre-alert should be provided before 24 hrs landing the shipment for filing manifestation with customs, fa which customs will levy penalty charges which will not be on OTIL account. 11. Consignee detail should be provided prior to arrival of cargo to arrange all relevant documents for custom purposes. 12. If the consignee intends to clear the cargo under any scheme, it should be communicated in advance Or e we shall file the papers for merit clearance by default. 13.
