4 SMALL BOOTH PREPARATION You are allowed to set up the booth on Monday 12 th June from 8:00 to 18:00 and on Tuesday 13 th June from 8:00 to 12:00 The booth must be disassembled on Friday 16 th June from 8:00 to 18:00 If you need more time to set up/dismantle your booth the cost is 600,00 + tax per hour Small Booths - Orange (3x2) are provided with: - Beaten panelled walls (h. 300 cm ) painted white - 3 x 150-watt, iodide spotlights - Front (h. 300 cm) with columns and wooden side strips painted orange - 1 x 3-way electric socket - Gray carpeting - Trader s name - 1 Table, 3 Chairs, 1 waste bin Please send us the Small Booth Fitting compiled by May 19 th

5 LARGE and MEDIUM BOOTH PREPARATION You are allowed to set up the booth on Monday 12 h June from 8:00 to 18:00 and on Tuesday 13 th June from 8:00 to 12:00 The booth must be disassembled on Friday 16 th June from 8:00 to 18:00 If you need more time to set up/dismantle your booth the cost is 600,00 + tax per hour Medium and Large Booths: the area is routinely delineated only with marks on the floor (the booth will be given without any prefabricated wall, installation, carpet or any other technical facility) 1 kw electrical outlet is provided without electrical cabinet. Exhibitors need to bring their own electrical cabinet. If they do not have one, they can ask for an electrical cabinet for 300,00 + tax. The exhibitor must take care of the set-up and installation of the booth Please send us the booth plan by May 19 th SUITE PREPARATION You are allowed to set up the suite on Monday 12 th June from 8:00 to 18:00 and on Tuesday 13 th June from 8:00 to 12:00 The suite must be disassembled on Friday 16 th June from 14:00 to 18:00 If you need more time to set up/dismantle your booth the cost is 600,00 + tax per hour Suite: private room with one or two glassed walls completely empty and provided only with 6 kw electrical outlet

The goods will have to be delivered ABSOLUTELY from June 5 th to June 9 th, 2017, h 8:00-18:00 FORWARDING MATERIAL for CONGRESS BAG: For the shipment of the material (600 pieces) to insert in the congress kit it is necessary to book the service with EXPOTRANS by filling in the attached form Handling and Logistic Please specify on each item the title of the congress and use label provided in the last page. 9 SPONSORED MINI-COURSE: Sponsored Mini Course (120 minutes ) will be held on June 13 th in Room Palladio (700 seats). Speaker s Travel & Accommodation expenses should be taken care of by the company and any agreement must be reached directly with the speaker. If your speakers/chairpersons are part of the congress Faculty as well, they can be offered accommodation at the Congress headquarter Hotel at your own expenses and the amount of the hotel accommodation will be invoiced directly by the Hotel to the company. The programme of the Sponsored Mini Course will be inserted in the final booklet and on the website: please send us the programme in A5 vertical.jpg format no later than May 19 th. After this date it will not be possible to insert the page in the final booklet anymore. Catering service not included in the fees. If catering service is needed, we will be pleased to put you in contact with a local catering company. INDUSTRY LUNCH SYMPOSIA: Industry lunch symposia (60 minutes each) will be held on June 14 th or 15 th in Room Palladio (700 seats). Speaker s Travel & Accommodation expenses should be taken care of by the company and any agreement must be reached directly with the speaker. CATERING SERVICE: For all the catering services of Welcome reception, Coffee breaks and Lunch some cards with the name of the sponsor and its logo will be placed on the tables during the events. For the Faculty dinner and Course dinner the logo of the sponsor will be printed on the invitation.
