No Exceptions Quarters (8 minute per quarter) ----running clock 9-10 & Quarters (8 minute per quarter) -----running clock Weigh- INS will occur no later than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled scrimmage. Teams need to be there 45 minutes prior before the schedule time to play. Please inform your parents that players will not be allowed on the field of play until they HAVE BEEN WEIGHED. The site for weighing the players will be the first room on the Home side as you enter the stadium gate towards the concession stand. Please have a roster of your team with jersey numbers with you to leave with the Rec staff. Again EACH player is required to step on the scales. EVERY player must weigh-in on this day. Every player over their age groups weight limit must have their helmet taped by the Rec staff person. Note: The schedule will be a rolling schedule. This means if a scrimmage game begins at 10:30 and it is over at 10:50; the next team who is scheduled to play at 11:00 needs to be on the field ready to play. We will not wait until 11:00 to start the game; we will begin right after the previous scrimmage. Coaches your teams must be warmed up and ready to play when you walk on the field. At the conclusion of your scrimmage after shaking hands with your opponent you will clear the field immediately in order to allow the start of the next scrimmage. NO coach s speeches on the field, you may talk to your team after leaving the field. We are on a very tight time line gentlemen and your cooperation will be appreciated. Please work with us to keep the day s events organized and on schedule.
