We guarantee you fair access* to our entire network, in cooperation with neighbouring European networks. * In accordance with the requirements of the French Transport Code and under ARAFER control. Within the Network Access activities, SNCF Réseau Marketing and Commercial Department provides a National technical and commercial platform (PNTC) composed of account managers and industrial dialogue managers to help you early in the process as well as in your day-to-day work. Throughout the territory, our Customer and Service Centres are your local commercial contacts. The Rail Company Service Platform (PSEF) offers an access to facilities and direct contact to the rail companies and applicant production teams. PASSENGER RAIL COMPANIES We help improve your performance and the quality of service you provide to your customers. Our network is adapted to different mobility requirements, with the increasing ability to anticipate and adapt. FREIGHT RAIL COMPANIES As your company s partner, we provide access to our network and service facilities, combined with the services which are adapted to your logistical organisation. COMBINED OPERATORS AND OTHER APPLICANTS We help you design high performance transport plans which are adapted to the flows, prices, organisation and demands of your customers. SEA AND RIVER PORTS We help you develop your inter-modal flows by building transport plans with you and providing you with train paths and dedicated infrastructures. This charter brings together good operational practices for all network users.
