1 Note: Gila is pronounced hee la Prepare for theservice Visit Log onto the program website at using the username and password that you set up during your application process Check the Instructions column to see if there have been any Alerts or Updates to the reports or planograms for this specific service visit Pi Print out a new copy of the required service report to tk take with you to the job site. It is imperative that you use the service report for the specific service visit because the unique id number is necessary for you to get credit for the visit. Dress code: Closed toed shoes are required When you arrive at Home Depot Log in at the vendor sign in sheet, usually located at the Service Desk Go to D59 Décor Locatethe the D59 department manager orotherother member ofd59 Décor to inform them that you are with Quest Service group and that you are here to service the Gila window film display. If no one is not available, begin project, but be sure and inform someone should they become available. If they are with a customer please wait until they have finished helping them. Familiarize yourself with the questionnaire, so that you can complete questions as you work on the set

2 Step 1 Locate the Gila display and identify the display type Take a picture of the display before servicing There are several different Gila displays, refer to the display choices on the next page and identify which display is in your store Most displays are free standing, however some stores display the product in a bay If the product is in bay, confirm that it is actually in one of our displays. On occasion the product will be laying flat in a make shift bay display; again, please see next page for displays. If display is in a free standing moveable wire rack, is it in a location that is visible to the consumer? If not, determine what might be a better location within this department. Consult with the D59 Manager, providing your suggestion and asking if they would allow you to move it to a new location. Ideally the Gila films should be close to the Artscape films. There is no reason for Artscape display to be in a highly visible central location and the Gila films to be along the back wall facing the restrooms. PLEASE do not let this happen! If the product is not merchandised in one of the display choices, call or text Rose Dygard at or to radyga@eastman.com for further instruction.

3 Acceptable Displays The five Gila displays types are indicated below. Please note that these images represent the various types of merchandisers that are in the field. They do not indicate the correct planogram. Planograms are located in a pouch next to the display. A) 22 Freestanding Wire B) 44 Freestanding Wire C) 32 Two Sided Veneer D) 48 In Bay shared w Coolaroo E) 48 In Bay shared w Artscape Image contains older packaging

4 Step 2 Confirm that all aspects of display and signage are in place and in good condition: Film Viewer Is any part of display damaged? Is correct signage in place, visible and undamaged? Is film viewer in place and in good condition? On free standing wire displays, does display contain the proper side and back attachments for merchandising Application Kit and Solution? On in bay signage, are there hooks for the Application Kit and Solution? If any of the above is missing or damaged contact Rose Dygard to order missing pieces, (phone or text) or to radyga@eastman.com Available Signage Note: signage g on older style displays is no longer available, try and find a place to put the new signage if it is missing, which you can get from Rose Dygard

6 Step 4 Remove Damaged Packaging If you would not buy it remove it from the set Common situations Film is protruding and obviously damaged Top is ripped, or has been taped closed Packaging ag g is out of date or faded Packaging is crushed Take the damaged packaging to the clerk in receiving and ask them to RTV as damaged stress that it cannot go back on the selling floor and ask them kindly to process it as soon as possible sothat replacement films will be automatically reordered Example of damaged packaging that should be RTV d as damaged

7 Step 5 Downstock product Each film fl should ldbe well stocked kd Locate films cartons in overhead bin and place in display as needed If film cannot be located ask associate to help you locate it If they cannot locate it ask them to verify inventory level in their system If it still cannot be located, ask if they can adjust to correct level If they cannot adjust the inventory, make note of actual SKU count and supposed inventory level in system and notify Rose Dygard (phone or text) or to radyga@eastman.com Example of display with missing product

8 Step 6 Completion Take a photograph hof the display after servicing Inform Department Manager of any findings and resolution
