Device Needed: Any POS / Materials: Questionnaire, Authorization Letter and Work order from Acosta Fulfillment. Summary: Impact merchandiser will visit Kohl s and determine which POG is being used for the Fekkai hair care display. The rep will then audit, correct and stock out 22 Fekkai products. Tools Needed: Work Order, Authorization Letter and Question Tracker What Ifs If you have hardware related questions, please contact the Acosta Helpdesk at For all other questions, please contact the Sets and Projects Call Center at MAKING A SUCCESSFUL VISIT Step #1 - Upon Arrival Sign into the customer / vendor log as IMPACT Retail Service Solutions Check in with the Team Leader/Manager to inform him/her that you will be Auditing, Correcting and Stocking the Fekkai display. You should present the Authorization Letter at this point.the manager may be able to director you where the display is located in store. Determine which of the four POG s is set at this store using pages 2-4 of this document as reference. Step #2 Audit, Correct, Stock Fekkai Fixture Begin by taking a before photo, if possible Once you have confirmed which Fekkai fixture your store has, you will audit the display to see what product is low or OOS, as well as product that are missing pricing tags. We have added the UPC and SKU along with the product description which includes the color of the product on the last page of this document for assistance. Please determine what is needed for the entire fixture you will then work with team leader/manager to get Fekkai product from inventory so you are able to stock the display. You will also work with the team leader/ manager to get any missing price tags printed. Please stock as closely to the POG picture associated for your store as possible Provide the details in your report how much product was stocked, tags fixed and OOS fixed. Conclude the visit by taking a picture of fixture after you have completed your work, if possible. Step #3 Check Out Check out with the Team Leader/Manager to inform him/her of the work you have completed. Input data into NARS if you have not already done so while working. 1
