2 Terms & Conditions: 1. The quoted price should be excluding GST and inclusive of freight, transportation etc. 2. The Vendors should submit sealed tenders in the prescribed format alongwith the EMD of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) by way of Demand Draft / Pay Order of Nationalize Bank favoring The Cotton Corporation of India Ltd. payable at Adilabad. 3. The scrap materials should be lifted within five days time after issue of order. 4. The vendor must have PAN No & GST No (if available) and it should be mentioned in the tender. 5. The Vendor may visit our office on any working days during working hours and inspect the scarp material which is to be sold. 6. The scrap materials are as is where is basis and the Corporation will not entertain any claim about the quantity etc. 7. All the rights are reserved with the Corporation for rejection and acceptance of the quotation, the decision of the Corporation will be final and should be acceptable by both the parties. 8. If the material is not lifted within five days from the date of work order, EMD will be forfeited. 9. In case the bidder makes the balance payment and does not lift the sold items even after five days from date of order the items shall be sold to H2 (second highest bidder) buyer and loss, if any will be recovered from H1 buyer. 10. H1 will be decided by category wise, i.e as rates for Furniture, generator & Computer Hardware etc. Sealed tenders must be droped in tender box placed at 1 st floor of our office at GMR Towers, Cinema Road, Adilabad on or before upto 3 PM. The same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M. in presence of the representatives of the tenderers, who wish to remain present at time of opening. (SANJAY KUMAR) GENERAL MANAGER
