2 SAScon is one of the UK s finest Search, Analytics & Social Conferences and takes place every year in Manchester. Now in its eighth year, this not for profit event organised by the digital community for the digital community, features some of Europe s leading search and social speakers and attracts an audience of over 200 digital marketing professionals. Conference Detail The event will take place on 20 & 21 July 2017 at The Contact Theatre in Manchester. Delegate tickets will cost from 75+VAT for a one day ticket and from 150+VAT for a two day ticket. Conference Marketing The event will be marketed through an e-marketing & PR campaign to a database of over 20,000 marketing and communications contacts from across the UK. There is a website created specifically to market the event and an extensive social media campaign will be employed to drive traffic to the site. The event will also be promoted through PR to both regional and trade press and possible media partnerships. Who Will Attend? This conference will attract a wide range of digital and communications professionals including representatives from the public, private and not for profit sector. We expect delegates will be of a senior level and expect the event to be a complete sell out with over 200 delegates attending. Previous SAScon Speakers The event will also feature a brilliant line up of keynote and panel speakers and will feature over 30 of the UK and Europe s leading SEO and PPC professionals. We therefore endeavour to keep ticket prices low by seeking support from commercial partners to enable us to deliver a high quality event at a cost effective price. We are offering select organisations an exciting opportunity to support this valuable event. A maximum of one headline sponsor and four secondary sponsorship opportunities are available. We expect strong interest in the event due to the delegate profile so recommend potential sponsors confirm their interest as soon as possible. Headline Sponsor 10,000 + VAT 1 Available The headline sponsorship package is as follows: SAScon 2017 in association with XXXXX; Sponsor credit on all promotional s / materials; Sponsor credit in headline banner on SAScon website and sponsors page; Opportunity to deliver a short welcome speech at the event; An opportunity to deliver a workshop or reception at the event (content to be discussed) or to participate on a panel; An opportunity to exhibit at the event, sponsors will be given an area to erect a stand in the main room at the venue; literature in the delegate packs; 5 x full 2 day delegate tickets; An opportunity to stage a business card draw for data collection of delegates. Secondary Sponsor 5,000 + VAT - 4 Available The secondary sponsorship packages are as follows: Sponsor credit on all promotional s; Logo credit on sponsors section of the website; An opportunity to exhibit at the event, sponsors will be given an area to erect An opportunity to speak on a panel or deliver a reception or workshop (subject to further discussion and approval by committee) at the event; An opportunity to stage a business card draw for data protection purposes; 3 x delegate tickets. Delegate Bag Sponsor 3,500 + VAT - 1 Available The delegate bag sponsorship packages is as follows: Logo printed on delegate bag; An opportunity to exhibit at the event, sponsors will be given an area to erect 3 x delegate tickets. SAScon Supporter 2,500 + VAT 10 Available This package is perfect for agencies or inhouse teams looking to raise awareness of their brands and announce any vacancies. The package is as follows: SAScon Supporter credit on all s; An opportunity to exhibit at the main SAScon event, sponsors will be given an area to erect An opportunity to send an to all registered delegates before and after the event to promote any vacancies; 4 x delegate tickets. Exhibition Stand Package VAT 20 Available This exhibition stand packages are as follows: 3m x 2m space to erect a stand; Table & two chairs; Free wifi; 1 x 13 amp socket; Opportunity to include 1 leaflet in delegate packs; 1 x full delegate pass.
