2 Food Hospitality World Mumbai DELIVERS Bigger, Better Business. FHW Mumbai - India's leading B2B Professional Trade Show for the Food, Wine and Hospitality sectors in India closed on 21st January having delivered strong results for all its participants. The show hosted over 170 global exhibitors from India, Italy, France, Singapore and Sri Lanka qualified decision makers from India's food, drink and hospitality trade attended the trade show. FHW maintained a clear focus on business and knowledge exchange. Visitors rated the show highly on the three Es - Entertain, Educate, Engage in addition to helping them generate new business opportunities and developing trade networks. FHW is a global trade event, operated by Hannover Milano Fairs India Pvt. Ltd and the Indian Express Group. Held twice a year annually (January - Mumbai, June Bangalore), this trade focussed series of events connects suppliers to channel partners, end user buyers and specifiers from the HORECA (Hotel Restaurant Catering) and Multiple and Independent retailers, airlines, government institutions and associated segment key buyers. Food Hospitality World Mumbai proved to be a great platform for interaction, understanding, business generation and exchange of ideas. It was a huge success for international companies looking to enter the Indian market. They not only received information on Indian consumers taste and demands but also generated opinion from the audience. A BIGGER BETTER FUTURE for the FHW series is well established in India with the strong showing witnessed at the Mumbai January 12 edition.

3 FACTS & FIGURES: A total of 6,127 numbers of visitors attended the show over the span of three days. A total of 315 pre-fixed meetings were set up for the International exhibitors and were successfully conducted. 95% of visitors that attended the show were completely satisfied with the exhibits at FHW 89% of FHW Visitors were direct decision makers 72% of the FHW exhibitors will definitely participate at FHW next year. FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS Food Hospitality WorldMumbai was one of the biggest meeting grounds for the food, beverage and hospitality industry. The show featured important discussions and solutions to challenges for the industry. It included seminars, discussions, conferences, wine tasting sessions and India's most important culinary challenge. India's largest culinary challenge - Great Indian Culinary Challenge (GICC), took place at FHW Mumbai: 300 leading chefs from key hotels and restaurants in Mumbai participated at GICC displaying a contest of skill, finesse and presentation. Wine World ALL THINGS NICE conducted wine tasting sessionsfor key delegates during the show, showing all the wine labels on display. Power of Purchase: A panel discussion featuring expert insights from the industry's leading Purchase Managers and Decision Makers was organized by the Hospitality Purchase Manager's Forum.

5 WHAT OUR EXHIBITORS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT FHW The exhibition was interesting in knowing the market and understanding the Indian taste. We received quality buyers and some of our expectations that were there were met. The level of people that we were expecting was received. Our wines received a lot of interest too. 6 WHAT OUR IMPORTANT VISITORS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT FHW. These trade exhibitions are a great way to know what new products are entering the Indian market. As a new hotel in India, we are looking forward to exploring everything. We are happy to know more international food products and wines are entering India; this will help us keeping up with our hotel standards as well. The team also arranged our meeting with Ms.Claudia, who took us to various counters for Food and Wine, in which we are more interested to import into the Indian market. The arrangement of the show, the placement of the stalls and the general arrangement were really good and not seen in other shows like Upper Crust etc. We feel that the crowd who visited were of a different class who mean real business and not the 'just for fun' visitors. We definitely see potential business with the Italian exhibitors which we are in talks with Mukesh Anjaria, Head - Business Development - Food.
