JOB REQUIREMENTS (What are the key activities for the role?) Key Result Area 1 Project Management Develop key project management deliverables (including but not limited to project management plan, quality plan, project scope and project plan) Define and implement project governance and management forums, define Agenda and ensure meetings and key decisions are minuted effectively. Lead the business, project team members and other relevant parties in project management and delivery governance, methodologies, processes, etc to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure that all project deliverables are appropriately reviewed, approved and signed off. Seeking input from relevant teams, scope and plan projects identifying activities, tasks and deliverables, milestones, constraints, dependencies, issues, risks, etc to enable successful delivery of stated objectives Manage project delivery, including issues, risks and dependencies in accordance with the plan Whilst taking overall joint responsibility with the Business Leads for the successful delivery of the project, manage all other components of the project (resources, technical deliverables, etc) Manage project resources to ensure project activities remain on schedule Provide accurate timely reporting of financial, risk, and overall project status Ensure change management procedures are complied with when deploying program activities Develop / contribute to and update the project business case as and provide guidance the 2 Project management plan, quality plan, governance and project management structures and forums, etc are all defined, approved and implemented Agreed PMO project management methodologies, standards, processes, tools and templates are followed / used except where agreement to use alternatives reached with Delivery Implementation Manager The quality of deliverables has been verified and the required standard met Project scope statement is sufficiently detailed that baseline scope is clear to all, approved and signed off Project plan (MS Project schedule) is comprehensive and accurate and agreed by all project team members Project is delivered according to plan as revised for fully approved change requests Dependencies, issues and risks registers are in place, constantly updated and reviewed

3 business re business case development Prepare presentations, etc for stage gate approvals, governance and other relevant purposes and ensure all appropriate approvals are obtained. Financial / Business analysis. Manage and undertake business and financial analysis and modeling as required. Issues are escalated immediately or in a timely manner as appropriate to their impact and urgency and resolution status Risk mitigation plans are developed agreed and actioned in a timely manner (Inter-)Dependencies are actively managed within the project, across projects, across the organization, on external parties. Project resources are able to operate without significant supervision as a result of clear direction and instruction Regular concise project status reporting is communicated to all stakeholder(s) Relevant presentations are produced at the appropriate level of detail and in a suitable format for the audience. Financial reports and tracking developed, reported and understood by stakeholders. Key Result Area 2 Risk Management Ensure that issue and risk identification and management is incorporated into the project management plan and that risk management is at the forefront of project activities Conduct audit and risk management assessments and ensure that any risks identified are reported and mitigated appropriately. Appropriate process, policies and controls are documented, communicated, understood and complied with Project team members are working closely with internal and external audit teams to ensure that ICT controls are appropriate Key Result Area 3 Ensure that project-related organisation change management impacts (people, process and technology) are understood, communicated and managed appropriately Ensure that minimal business disruption is at the core of all project activities Baseline project scope and formally manage proposed changes thereto, including the development of impact assessments and appropriate approval processes and delegations prior to incorporating in project scope and plan. Organisation change impacts are identified and managed (skills and capability changes / gaps, process changes, solution and tools, etc) Change management plan is defined, reviewed, signed-off and actioned per plan Business buy-in to the project, processes and solution(s) is clearly evident Initial training is defined and delivered such that users can easily do their roles day 1 of Go-Live and ongoing training approach and capability is implemented Customer focused approach is developed and adhered to during all project activities 3
