Fuel Testing and Fuel Quality Prtectin Equipment Fuel Testing Equipment Cst f equipment including specific gravity hydrmeters, Millipre kits, additive testers, water detectin kits, and prcelain white buckets. Trade Shws, Industry Exhibitins Special Events, Open Huses and Air Shws (Nt a Pre-Apprved Item) Csts assciated with Special Events, Open Huses, and Air Shws may be reimbursed under this Prgram; hwever, a request must be submitted in advance utilizing the OTHER categry in the claims system n BizLink. The request must include (i) a descriptin f the event including name f event and event dates, (ii) descriptin f the marketing r prmtinal benefits that Phillips 66 Aviatin and the Dealer, Marketer r Marketer served dealer will receive, and (iii) the cst t participate in the Special Event,

5 Open Huse r Air Shw. Phillips 66 Cmpany has the sle discretin t apprve reimbursement fr the cst f either the entire r a prtin f the expenditure. Csts assciated with participating in industry and assciatin trade shws except as nted belw DO NOT qualify fr reimbursement under this Prgram. Bth Fees fr 2014 Schedulers and Dispatchers Cnference in New Orleans, LA ( S&D Cnference ) Bth fees the S&D Cnference, are eligible fr c-p reimbursement when a Phillips 66 branded FBO lcates its exhibitin bth within the Phillips 66 branded aisle at the S&D Cnference. submittal date, yu must retain a cpy f the dcumentatin submitted fr pre-apprval, a written descriptin f the event and assciated csts, and a cpy f the apprval received frm Phillips 66 Cmpany. Unifrms Unifrms Purchased r Rented frm Cintas Shirts and uterwear tps must incrprate the Phillips 66 aviatin winged lg. Unifrms Purchased r Rented frm Other Unifrm Suppliers Must incrprate the Phillips 66 aviatin winged lg in a prminent place n the frnt r sleeve f shirts and uterwear tps. Caps, if part f the unifrm, must incrprate the Phillips 66 aviatin winged lg. Must be neat and prfessinal. Unifrms That Bear Bth the Phillips 66 Aviatin Winged Lg and FBO Lg Must incrprate the Phillips 66 aviatin winged lg as required under these guidelines. WebSmart 66 Mnthly subscriptin csts. Dcument Retentin Requirement Fr a perid f tw (2) years frm the claim submittal date, yu must retain a cpy f an invice shwing prject r hsting perid and cst, and a screen sht f the web page at the time the claim is submitted. Main Branded Sign update The cst t update the main identity sign frm the ld image (square, black backgrund Phillips 66 shield sign) t the mst recent image is available fr c-p reimbursement. One sign per site is eligible fr reimbursement. The Accunt Rep r Marketer Rep shuld be cntacted fr assistance with rdering a new sign thrugh the Phillips 66 apprved supplier (currently Federal Heath).

6 The cst f the sign, shipping, installatin and related fees (engineering, permits, site survey, etc) are eligible fr reimbursement. Csts fr site prep (such as installing new electrical supply t the sign r grund prep) are nt eligible fr reimbursement. Signs must be installed and claims submitted prir t Nvember 30, Claims must be submitted within 90 days f the date n the sign installatin invice. Nt t be used with the Marketer Sign Prgram fr initial sign installatins. The cst t install a winged lg sign as a secndary sign may be submitted fr reimbursement. The sign must be rdered thrugh the Phillips 66 apprved supplier (currently Federal Heath). Prir apprval must be btained prir t rdering frm any ther sign prvider. The cst f the sign, shipping, installatin and related fees (engineering, permits, site survey, etc) are eligible fr reimbursement. Csts fr site prep (such as installing new electrical supply t the sing r grund prep) are nt eligible fr reimbursement. Apprved vinyl lg decals prvided thrugh Lwen Clr Graphics are eligible fr c-p reimbursement. Dcument Retentin Requirement Fr a perid f tw (2) years frm the claim submittal date, yu must retain a cpy f the invice identifying the cst f installatin, any fees and/r sign materials related t the installatin f the signs. Retain a picture f the riginal sign and the new sign. Dealer Versus Marketer Expenses A direct Dealer lcatin must file claims fr reimbursement under this C-Op Fund Prgram with Phillips 66 Cmpany thrugh the claims system n BizLink. Marketer served dealers must submit its claims t its Marketer frm which it is supplied Phillips 66-branded aviatin fuel, and the Marketer must file claims with Phillips 66 Cmpany thrugh the claims system n BizLink. Branded Marketer Reimbursement Other Subject t the amunt f Earned Prgram Funds, Phillips 66 branded aviatin Marketers may submit claims fr their wn expenses r expenses n behalf f its FBOs fr reimbursement that qualify under this C-Op Fund Prgram. Dealer r Marketer expenses nt described abve may be submitted fr cnsideratin and specifically apprved fr reimbursement by Phillips 66 Cmpany, at its sle discretin, under this C-Op Fund Prgram. Such apprval may be btained befre r after the expense has been incurred, hwever, if submitted afterwards, the Dealer r Marketer submitting the request bears the risk f nt getting reimbursed if apprval is nt granted. Apprval may be granted fr the cst f the entire expenditure r fr a prtin f the cst. Submissin and apprval must be made thrugh the claims system n BizLink.
