Undergraduates, and graduates accepted into the program are each entrusted with a live, business project to own and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at Sports 1 Marketing. Position: Digital Marketing Intern Sports 1 Marketing, LLC is looking for Digital Marketing Interns. Internship program runs yearround. Responsibilities: This Internship will provide the opportunity to be involved in the entire digital marketing process: Work with team members to understand & develop digital marketing strategies that will meet client objectives Assist in maintenance of various websites and blogs Learn SEO best practices and write meta content Content creation, including; blogs, social media, campaigns

2 Assist in execution of various campaigns General administrative work and errands Initiate and be willing to take on responsibilities beyond the scope of the job description. Requirements: Available a minimum of 20 hours per week Excellent writing skills and ability to draft correspondence Outstanding organizational, planning and time management skills Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly Ability to handle pressures of fast paced work environment and work well under pressure and within deadlines Experience in Sports, Sports marketing, sports business, is a plus Must have reliable transportation Technical Capabilities: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Understanding of Wordpress, Magento, Drupla, or equivalent CMS Basic knowledge of marketing Understanding of CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc..) This internship runs year-round and is an UNPAID Internship and can be for school credit. Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and review various contracts such as independent contractor agreements, licensing agreement, event or campaign agreements and affiliate agreements. Draft and edit various proposals to potential new clients. Edit and finalize boilerplate terms. Exposure to contract language such as the necessary terms and clauses which every successful contract needs. Exposure to various General Counsel matters such as drafting and editing motions, trademark infringement matters, cyber squatter issues and drafting response letters to opposing counsel. Research into different legal fields, legal issues, and relevant case law.

4 Ability to work closely with Business Affairs Officers on Sports 1 Marketing s business model and application components. Opportunity to Network with motivational and high influential people. Opportunity to observe or participate in events such as the Super Bowl, Unstoppable Gala, Masters Golf Tournament, Sports Blender and Live Filming of TV shows. Ability to reach out and bring potential new clients thereby negotiating and structuring the deal. Ability to participate, observe, or listen in on various phone calls between officers of Sports 1 Marketing and potential clients or partners.
