5 Payment Method You can pay for your Membership in one ump sum or by setting up a monthy Direct Debit. 7 Wiows Activity Farm Membership Terms and Conditions of use To be retained by customer Detatch and retain Terms & Conditions By taking out a Wiows Activity Farm Membership you accept these terms and conditions of use. Term Time Weekday Memberships are vaid Monday to Friday during Hertfordshire term times as shown on Wiows Activity Farm website. Anytime Memberships are vaid Monday - Sunday and during our schoo hoiday events. A top up fee can be paid by Term Time Weekday Members to visit at weekends and schoo hoidays. If you are paying for your Membership by monthy Direct Debit you are committing to make a minimum of 12 monthy consecutive payments. Payments wi continue to be taken unti you cance your Direct Debit with your Bank or Buiding Society. Your first month s payment is due at the time of appication. A Membership Card is ony vaid when used and/or presented by the named Member as stated on the card. Misuse wi resut in the Membership being withdrawn. Each Member wi be issued his or her own Membership Card in their own name. Memberships are non-transferabe and non refundabe and cannot be sod or given away to a third party. The authorised Member must show their Membership Card at the Entrance each time they visit Wiows Activity Farm. Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an individua 18 years of age or over. Photocopies of Membership Cards wi not be accepted. Events subject to change without notice and no refunds are given shoud the Activity Farm cose due to circumstances beyond its contro. A Membership Cards remain the property of Wiows Activity Farm and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse. This incudes, but is not imited to, aowing a third party to attempt to gain access to Wiows Activity Farm with a Membership Card of which they are not the vaid hoder. Faiure to present a vaid Membership Card wi resut in a charge of the on the day admission rate. Membership Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any promotiona offer or voucher. Lost Membership Cards shoud be reported to Wiows Activity Farm immediatey. In the event of a ost Membership Card, Wiows Activity Farm wi re-issue a repacement card and charge an administration fee of 5.00 per card. When appying for a Chid Membership, an adut s name and address MUST be suppied for a correspondence. Chidren under 2 are admitted free but from their 2nd birthday need to be added to the Famiy Membership at a specia rate. A Famiy Membership is vaid for up to five named peope at east one of whom must be a chid. A correspondence, cards and maiings wi ony be sent to the ead adut name and address given on this appication form. A photograph wi be taken when you first use your Membership Cards and hed on our system for authorisation on entry. Pease note the photo wi ony be used for the purpose of verification. The Lifetime Price Guarantee offered to you wi be the pubished fu price at the time of appication for new Memberships. This price wi be offered for a subsequent renewas paid annuay in advance prior to the Membership expiry date and on the basis that the Membership Type remains unchanged (ie. individua/famiy). Payers by Direct Debit wi have no increase in the vaue of the Direct Debit after 12 months as ong as their payments remain uninterrupted. By taking out a Wiows Activity Farm Membership you accept that the egitimate coection and processing a range of persona data as outined is necessary, as outined in the Membership Privacy Poicy, so that we can propery perform our contract with you. When purchasing a Famiy Term Time Weekday Membership or Famiy Anytime Membership the purchaser confirms that they are acting as parent/guardian/agent for and on behaf of any adut or chid (under 18s) who wi benefit from the membership and confirm that they are providing consent for the processing of the data in respect of such adut or chid The Direct Debit Guarantee This Guarantee is offered by a banks and buiding societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Bowmans Leisure wi notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Bowmans Leisure to coect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date wi be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Bowmans Leisure or your bank or buiding society, you are entited to a fu and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or buiding society. If you receive a refund you are not entited to, you must pay it back when Bowmans Leisure asks you to. You can cance a Direct Debit at any time by simpy contacting your bank or buiding society.
