4 Team Sponsorships Team Sponsorships are the centerpiece to sponsorship with Edina Hockey Association. It allows us to provide new jerseys and socks for our teams, and keep the costs of hockey down for all EHA families. AA & A Teams B Teams C, U16, U19 Teams $1,750 $1,650 $1,550 What s Included in Team Sponsorship As a Team Sponsor, you really are a part of the team. Your business name with be visible on each of your player s jerseys in every game, in front of families every time they look up their schedule on their team webpage, prominently displayed throughout the rinks at Braemar Arena, and will be listed in our tournament brochures. You ll also have the opportunity to send messages to your team throughout the year to congratulate them on a big win, wish them luck ahead of a tournament, or send them a unique offer. Specific benefits include: Your Company name on team jerseys Your company logo on billboard in east and west rinks Your company name on large banners in South Rink Your company logo and link to your company s website on EHA website sponsor page. 5 Dasher Board Sponsorships With thousands of games and events at Braemar Arena, having your business on the boards around the ice is an awesome way to show your support and create visibility for your business. We ll also make sure that in addition to being visible at the rink, that you re visible on our website as well. 6 Tournament Sponsorships Edina Hockey Association hosts four tournaments throughout the year. They are a great way to get your business in front of families and fans coming in from out of town. Title or Presenting sponsorship are a great way to create awareness. 7 Combo & Add-On Sponsorships Multi-Year Combo Packages Businesses who purchase both a Team Sponsorship and a Dasher Board Sponsorship will receive a Combo Package discount. Businesses who make multi-year commitments to a Combo Package will receive additional discounts. 1 Year 2 Year 3 Year $100 Discount $200/yr Discount $300/yr Discount Example: A business who sponsors a boys Bantam B team and sponsors a Level 1 South Rink dasher board would pay 1 year: ($1,650+$1,500) = $3,150 - $100 Combo Package Discount = $3,050/yr 2 year: ($1,650+$1,500) = $3,150 - $200 Combo Package Discount = $2,950/yr 3 year: ($1,650+$1,500) = $3,150 - $300 Combo Package Discount = $2,850/yr

8 Edina Hockey Association Website/Digital Sponsorship ($1,500) New this year, we have created a brand new Website/Digital Sponsorship. Our website attracted nearly 1,000,000 page views last year, and with a redesign, we ve placed ads prominently throughout the highest trafficked areas of our website. To provide ultimate value in this sponsorship, we are limiting it to 10 businesses. Company banner ad in rotation on EHA website Your company name on large banners in South Rink Your company logo and link to your company s website on EHA website sponsor page. Edina Hockey Association Registration Sponsorship - ($2,500) This year, 800+ families will register for Edina Hockey Association. As part of the registration, they will receive a receipt that can include an offer from your business. This is a great way to send apparel, equipment, insurance or any other offer that makes sense during this time of year. Additionally, your business will receive visibility throughout the year at our tournaments and inside Braemar Arena. 9 4th of July Parade EHA Puck Sponsorship - ($2,500) - SOLD At the Edina 4th of July parade, we hand out over 1,000 foam pucks to youngsters in the community as part of our overall outreach to potential new members. On one side, we print the EHA logo, and on the other we print sponsor logo and marketing info. These pucks are incredibly popular and are a great way to get your company in front of community members. 12 Dasher Board Requirements If you are sponsoring a dasher board, please be sure to include the information below (if it s different than your main sponsorship contact) in your to sponsors@edinahockey.org Name of Business Name of business that will be sponsoring Contact name for billing & sign info Website address to link to from EHA website Business Address Dasher Board Creation SignPro will create your dasher board advertising for you. Single dasher boards are $185 and are not included in your sponsorship fees. If you are purchasing two or more dasher boards, they will cost $149/each. In some cases, there will be an additional charge for artwork if SignPro designs the dasher board for you. Sign pro will produce the dasher board and deliver them to Braemar for you. As a service to sponsors, Braemar will install the dasher boards at no additional cost. Guidelines for submitting art to SignPro: Files may be submitted via , CD, or by using SignPro s website: When using the website from the homepage, simply attach and send your file. Please submit a print ready file as a.pdf, Illustrator.eps, or high-resolution.tiff. File should be 300 dpi for full color graphics To avoid additional charges, file should be sized to 96 x 32 For.eps and.pdf files, fonts must be embedded or outlined..pdf and.eps files that are not set up in the format will have problems with fonts being substituted.
