2 Pima Council on Aging s 2015 Generations Gala Friday, April 24, :00 p.m. Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa Since 2007, the Generations Gala has attracted over 500 individuals to honor a family from the Tucson community who have made considerable contributions to our community, while celebrating the mission of PCOA to promote dignity and respect for aging and advocate for independence in the lives of Pima County s older adults and their families for generations to come. Pima Council on Aging (PCOA) is the umbrella agency for aging issues that affect the lives of Pima County s older residents and their families for 48 years. PCOA empowers adults of all ages to be active advocated for elders, while also enabling older adults to take an active role in supporting the community and each other through volunteerism. Through fundraisers such as the Generations Gala, we are able to provide vital financial support to the various services we offer for older adults in our community Gala Co-Chairs: Agnes C.
