Taking advantage of this opportunity I would like you to read our sponsor offer. The seventh edition of the PHPCon Poland congress will soon be opened for its attendees. The previous years have confirmed the upward trend of our meeting. Once again, despite the change of the of the hotel to one of the biggest ones in Poland, we had to close the registration before the deadline. The attendees have acquired almost nine hundred tickets a month before the congress. Once again our meeting place will be the same huge venue as last year: Hotel Ossa Congress & Spa near Rawa Mazowiecka. We were promised that all the rooms in the hotel will be at our disposal. Additionally, to keep up the momentum of the growing interest and the total capacity of lecture rooms, we decided to separate the entry ticket from accommodation services. This will make it possible to make more places available to the attendees also to those who will not make it on time or are not interested in accommodation in Ossa. PHPCon is still the largest event in PHP industry in Central and Easter Europe it is simply an event you have to attend. Attendance record is once again in the hands of our attendees. 3 GENERAL INFORMATION PHPCon Poland 2016 is the seventh edition of the Polish congress of programmers and enthusiasts of PHP language organised with the support of volunteers from the whole country. Name, time and place PHPCon Poland, 30 September - 2 October 2016; Hotel Ossa Congress & Spa**** Ossa near Rawa Mazowiecka, Congress and leisure centre for over one thousand guests Mission Raising qualifications, promoting best programmer practices, integration of the environment and exchange of experience among professionals and enthusiasts of PHP language programming and related technologies. Theme Widely understood programming and administering of PHP environment. Frameworks, servers, the newest concepts, trends and technologies. Exchange of ideas and experiences, presentations of individual approaches to problems and methods of their solving. The idea behind sponsorship Reimbursement of transport and accommodation costs for invited guests and speakers. Participation in accreditation and promotion of the event: conference gadgets included in each starter-pack given to every attendee on check-in in the hotel. Support method Purchase of sponsoring service or advertisement from the congress organiser. In each case we are able to provide document copies confirming the purposes for which the sponsor funds were used.

4 PLATINUM PACKAGE the title of PHPCon Poland 2016 Platinum Sponsor awarded exclusively (only one such title is given during each edition); locating the advertising stand of the Sponsor in the exhibition space 20 sq m; placing on the congress main page the Sponsor s logo together with a link to the website indicated by the Sponsor; placing the Sponsor s company logo in the proximity of the congress logotype in the header of each page (as a Main Partner), so that the unique character of the Sponsor is clearly identified; placing additional logo or product logo of the Sponsor on the main page of the congress website; the possibility of 120 minutes of sponsored presentations and talks during one of the congress paths (parallel to other sponsored talks); the possibility of conducting a survey among the congress attendees; the possibility of forwarding five messages from the Sponsor to all those attendees who gave their consent to receive marketing information; including promotional gadgets and materials in the starter pack from the Sponsor such as leaflets, folders etc.; placing an advertising roll-up of the Sponsor in the main lecture hall; regular displaying of the Sponsor s logo in the breaks between the talks; free of charge attendance in the event of five representatives of the Sponsor, each accommodated in a single room.
