The Food Ingredients of the 21st Century International Forum and the Ingredient of the Year industry competition took place within the exhibition, and gave attendees the opportunity to discuss how to make use of new technologies, and provided knowledge of development trends in the domestic and global industry. 7 FOOD TECHNOLOGISTS SCHOOL Held since 2009, the Food Technologists School gives its students a chance to broaden their knowledge of modern ingredient needs and learn about legislative and regulatory aspects of the industry.
