Following the increasing requirements of the market the section software development was already established and expanded only one year later. 5 M O D U L E S DELECO ERP is a multi-lingual, a multi-currency compatible and a multi-client compatible standard product that bundles the whole business organisation in one software solution. Its variety of functions allows to illustrate all business processes. The continuity of the system connects all administrative and productional scopes and reflects a clear organisation structure. Convincing marks guarantee a fluently operating procedure at each place of the business cycle. DELECO master data The administration of all master data is the base for the system. All further modules and functionalities use these data and base on them. DELECO CRM/customer relations management This module supports all user-specific operating activities in for example processes of marketing, sales and customer services as well as the documentation of all communication. DELECO sales The module sales includes the processing of all sales activities for example processing and calculation of offers and ordes, delivery, invoicing, reversal and credit notes. DELECO payments This module controls all tasks of the payments for example open-item-administration, incoming and outgoing payments, warning proposals and warnings, cash book accounting as well as data exchange with banks and saving banks. DELECO purchasing and ordering system The purchasing and ordering system includes the processing of all purchasing activities like delivery queries, ordering proposals, orderings, goods and invoice receipt, return processing, customer inquiries and reporting. DELECO stock and material logistics This module organises the whole administration of the stock and material logistics for example quantitative and qualitative goods movements, commissioning, stock administration of consignment as well as inventories. DELECO item specificator Based on pre-defined characteristics it is also possible to depose parts lists and calculations and to assign structured item numbers while setting up the items. DELECO calculation The calculation of item prices as well as the pre-calculation of offers and orders builds an important component for sales, production and reporting. It is possible to install calculation schemes flexible and to fill it with technological data. DELECO disposal The disposal determines refering to customer orders or minimum stock the need of material and generates ordering proposals, production orders and external releases. Production and delivery dates, minimum ordering amounts etc. will be noted. DELECO production The module of the production includes the administration of technologies, the planning, control and optimisation of production processes as well as the cost reporting. It is possible to depose all necessary materials, working cycles and resources in different variations including the calculation in the system. Parts lists will be imported automatically in DELECO ERP due to the CAD-integration. The planning of the production orders and production control is optimised by the DELECO control station and is added by the necessary employee implementation due to deposed qualifications, shift and holiday plannings. Release, control and charge of external production services will be planned and administrated. The system records times and quantities by the feedback (factory data capture) or automatically from the machine (machine data capture). A detailed cost reporting contrasts the pre-calculation directly to the target-performance-costs.

6 M O D U L E S DELECO personal registration of time This module is used to determine, control and charge times corresponding employees, projects and orders in the system and/or terminals for registration of time as well as the cumulated transfer to the payroll accounting. DELECO project management Budgeting, planning and controlling of the projects follow in this module. All associated project tasks and activities will be displayed and controlled in the project cockpit with a traffic light system. DELECO planning/control of maintenance The planning and control of the stateful and preventive maintenance of machines, facilities and objects takes place by the administration of servicing orders. DELECO quality management (CAQ) The CAQ-module implements the tasks of the quality management for example determination and reporting of quality data, fault management, control planning, first sample control, management of test tools as well as analysis of fault possibility and impact. DELECO shipping and logistics This module optimises the processes in the scope of the shipping management and allows the integration of every carrier as well as his documents. The electronical customs management via ATLAS as well as the obligatory reportings Intra-/Extrastat will be transferred to the responsible offices. DELECO B2B Paperless document exchange between companies and intercompanyhandling will be realised in DELECO ERP via the B2B-system component. Business partners communicate with this e-business solution electronically and without discontinuity of media. DELECO webshop Customers and partners profit by data with central maintenance in the system. Offers and orderings are recorded online and information about stocks and delivery status are always available. DELECO document management (DMS) All documents like offers, delivery notes or invoices will be archived and the document work-flow will be imaged. DELECO finance/accounting system/controlling All requirements to an operating accounting are corresponding with the financial and assets accounting as well as the cost accounts. The package is added by controlling mechanisms with a mark and early warning system, rating as well as an integrated planning. DELECO human resources The integrated solution for the cost charge of wage, salary and travel can also be enlarged by another HRmodule that includes all necessary information about the employees. DELECO reports/statistics All data that are able to be reported and that exist in the system can be displayed in clear lists, receipts and graphics by a large reporting. Via report-designers it is possible to coordinate, enlarge and adjust standard reports individually.
