Prepare planning schedules Create S curves based on proposed planning Maintain and publish planning and progress information Inspect all sites to ensure appropriate quality control on all processes and coordinate with various teams to gather all permits for projects. Collaborate with project manager and resolve all queries for progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at site. Coordinate with material and supply chain management personnel to bid all proposals and evaluate contract work and design for various projects. Identify all pipeline and a locations according to various specifications and engineering drawings and ensure compliance with all laws for various activities. Prepare various documents for all implementation of activities and ensure approval for same and assist to distribute all final documents. Technical and financial evaluation of tender for the works. Inventory and resource management with procurement and stores department. Planning and execution of mobilization and de-mobilization of plant tools and manpower schedule. Planning Micro Plans (Project) in-line with base line project, this helps to control critical and major activities as support to main Project Plan. Preparation of report: Work Progress, Critical activities, Variance analysis, Payment Milestones etc. Preparation of Method statement and Risk analysis.
