4 The TWR Ministry is Grounded On Faith The Solid Calling of God Dr. Freed didn t have two dimes in his pocket when he started projects! Dr. Tom Lowell, Chairman of the TWR Board Today, TWR is the largest content delivery system in the world.

5 Jesus Addresses Our Mission It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the preserved of Israel; I will give you as a light to the nations, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth. (Isaiah 49:6) All authority in heaven and earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always to the close of the age. (Matthew 28:18-20)

(Mark 16:15) and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem. (Luke 24:47) Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name. (John 20:30)

14 Summary observations What The Lord has done in and through TWR in 8 years: Doubled the ministry reach of TWR s footprint. New digital delivery systems, refurbished and built new broadcast platforms. Achieved stabilization of the organization that was in decline. Affected a turn-around and gained a sense of momentum internally and externally. The ministry world taking notice that TWR is moving aggressively to the future with innovative media platforms and solutions.

15 Summary observations What The Lord has done in and through TWR in 8 years A clear, focused missional calling, mission and 8 strategic directions that provide guidance in decision-making an allocation of resources. TWR has recapitalized the organization, generating operating resources to sustain growth. Salable products for the next 3-5 years in the midst of the deepest economic recession in the last 70 years.

16 Where Do We Go From Here? Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; hold not back, lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left, and your descendants will possess the nations and will people the desolate cities. So I have sworn that I will not be angry with you and will not rebuke you. For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you, and my covenant of peace shall not be removed, says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
