Business Process Mapping - Demonstrated expertise in the mapping and analysis of business models, context diagrams, business processes and workflows using various methods. SDLC Demonstrated experience and understanding of and the role of a Business Analyst within the full SDLC. Data Analysis Demonstrable understanding of and experience in data analysis, cleansing and migration techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. 4 Key Result Areas Key Activities Standard Measures Business Analysis Work within the PMO project management framework Undertake stakeholder consultations, facilitate meeting and workshops to gather all required business information for requirements definition and modelling business operations Participate in business improvement projects by preparing project scopes, business requirements documents and contributing to requests for proposals, business cases and other project documentation as Review and analyse specifications and business cases produced by other business units and departments for potential projects Work with any associated project teams to perform project activities Support the implementation and hand-over to BAU of applications Assist with vendor contract reviews Evaluate vendor proposals against business requirements Participate in and support the planning, preparation and execution of user acceptance testing Assist the PMO Manager and Project Managers in estimating timelines and budgets for projects Provide progress/issue reports to the Project Managers Engage Project Manager(s) in issue resolution as Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio for documentation purposes Develop process diagrams, design logical data Agreed deliverables are delivered on time and to a high quality Business Requirements are clear, concise, unambiguous, testable and prioritised Business Requirements are traced and managed throughout the full project lifecycle The needs of the business are properly investigated and documented Documentation is reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders The Project Manager(s) are kept informed of progress, risks and issues in a timely manner.
