2 Social Security Sphere From 2008 implementation of e-governance system is priority in activity program of Ministry of Labor and Social Issues. E-government system of social security sphere includes the following components. Databases, Management information systems, Information exchange system, Citizens identification and authorization system, Corporate network, Social security Portal.

3 Social Security Sphere Current Situation More than 20 information systems were implemented in sphere in recent years. Social security portal ( has been operating since 2004 and includes a number of interactive tools.

4 Social Security Sphere Output Improvement of quality, efficiency and addressness of services, Uunified information environment, Provision of information and e-services, Unified information exchange system, On-line management of processes.

13 Community Management information System Communities budgeting system, Senior executive s duties management system, News, voting, announcements, Electronic applications system, document flow system, Telephone numbers, legal acts, electoral processes, Development programs, Standard software provision of CRAR regional bodies, Physical persons register, legal persons register, Subsystems of community s property management, land payment calculation, provision of allotments, tenders management

14 Community Management information System Output System installed in 217 communities, including 12 Municipalities of Yerevan, big, medium and small cities (47 communities) and villages, as well as 54 CRAR bodies. It gives opportunity to: Employees: all services in one site. Citizens: apply existing rich databases and provided on-line services.

Main goals Increase computer usage level in Armenia, Propose modern computers with software packages and up-to-date credit solutions for buying them, Promote development of ICT sphere in Armenia, Computer training of personnel promoting solution of educational problems in Armenia, Contribute internet distribution, Promote formation of information society in Armenia, Encourage usage of licensed software.

16 Document Flow F Information System CEO Secretaryship Citizens and Organizations Reception Departments Current Situation At present there are 3 Docflow information systems: Mulberry, Elgir, Elpas. They are installed in the Government of RA, Ministries of Finances, Economy, Diaspora, Foreign Affairs, Territorial Administration, Sport and Youth Issues, Labor and Social Issues, Yerevan and Kotayq Municipalities. Till the end of year Docflow systems will be installed in 23 more state bodies resulting whole state field be involved in common network of Docflow system.
