13 CNRL GRU Supermodule Unit Project description: Gas Recovery Unit (Super Module assembly which weighed almost one million kilograms) Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada Our mandate: Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation DCM s mandate was to assemble, move and install the gas recovery unit super module. This work required the involvement of mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation teams. DCM 17/03/03 13

14 Calgary Fuel Facility Consortium (CFFC) Project description: Glycol Recycling Facility (YYC) Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada Our mandate: GC, civil, architecture, mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation FSM Consultant awarded DCM a construction mandate at the Calgary Airport Glycol Recycling Facility. DCM was acting as the site-wide construction manager and self-performed all mechanical, structural support, piping, electrical, and instrumentation work, which provides a complete view of the scope of the project, while still managing labor, equipment and material resources at the granular level. 15 Suncor Energy Project description: Ammonia / NCG Co-Injection Location: Mackay River, Alberta, Canada Our mandate: Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation Suncor Energy awarded DCM the mandate to install various equipment and complete tie-ins for the new Ammonia / NCG Co- Injection process systems at the Mackay River SAGD facility. 16 Linde Gaz Metro Project description: Linde Process Plant project to increase LNG capacity at the Gaz Métro plant in East-End Montreal Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Our mandate: Piping fabrication Modular assembly of four pipe racks including the steel structure. Each module measured 60 feet in length by 14 feet wide by 14 feet high. This mandate required the skill sets of three different trades, namely pipefitters, welders and labourers. The type of piping used was primarily carbon steel and stainless steel. DCM 17/03/03 16

17 Canaport LNG Project description: Gas Liquefaction Process Unit Location: Saint-John, New Brunswick, Canada Our mandate: Mechanical, Piping, electrical, instrumentation, and communications works. DCM s mandate included: Installation of over 28,000 feet of specialty stainless steel process piping Pre-fabrication of tank piping Development and implementation of cryogenic welding procedures Instrumentation calibration / installation / testing Communication cabling installation / testing DCM 17/03/03 17

18 ArcelorMittal Mines Canada Project description: Sludge Thickener Location: Mount Wright, Quebec, Canada Our mandate: Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Piping Complete construction, from the concrete bases to the mechanical installation of equipment, of a 43m dia thickener, a 25m dia water tank, a pump house building and a piperack that connects to the concentrator sector of the Mount Wright Iron Mining Complex. 19 Mosaic Potash Project description: Potash Mine Processing Plant and Tailings Piping Location: Colonsay, Saskatchewan, Canada Our mandate: Mechanical & Piping DCM work was completed in the new facility, in the existing process plant, in the tailings area, and the main substation in both greenfield and brownfield conditions. Specialty items included the installation of basalt piping, stainless steel piping and 18 HDPE piping from the process mill to the tailings area. DCM installed pumps, electrical & instrumentation equipment, and supplied and installed shelters and platforms. DCM 17/03/03 19

20 Viterra Project description: Montreal Terminal Dust Collection, Transport & Storage Systeml Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Our mandate: Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation Work included changes to the support steel for the dust collector, modification of the existing duct, changes to the structural brackets, replacement of the dust collector fan motor electrical system, installation of supplied head pulley belt scrapers and side doors, installation of larger bolted explosion vents on the dust bin, and more. 21 Irving Shipyard Project description: Irving Shipyard Modernization Project Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada Our mandate: Electrical The scope of work included lighting, distribution, fire alarm system, ground, security system and the ducting of the computer network. 175,000 feet of Teck cable were installed, as well as 220,000 feet of ducts. Much of the lighting and wiring distribution was performed on lifting platforms 150 feet above the ground. DCM 17/03/03 21

22 Ericsson Global ICT Center Project description: Ericsson Global ICT Center Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada Our mandate: Electrical & Control The first part of the mandate was the installation of ABB s management system (BMS building, EMS Energy and PMS Power) components: - Installation of control panels - Connection of control panels - Installation of conduits and cable trays - Cable and fiber optic wiring In addition to the installation work, the DCM team conducted point-to-point verifications and calibrated instruments for ABB. In addition, DCM actively supported ABB in the commissioning of various electromechanical systems which involved the use of ABB software. DCM 17/03/03 22

23 AMT Project description: New Pointe Saint-Charles maintenance workshop Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Our mandate: Electrical Pomerleau awarded DCM the mandate to complete the 25kV distribution down to the 120V feeds. Our mandate also includes setting up the lighting and all the services usually included in a building of this type. This project was carried out using the design-built method. At the early stages of the project, DCM was alsor esponsible for the temporary power supply structures / the underground conduits. The team was managing many sub-contractors in order to fast-track the project. DCM 17/03/03 23

24 Hydro-Québec Project description: Poste Bélanger Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Our mandate: Electrical Electrical works. Siemens Canada Limited hired DCM to to install a 315KV sub-station for a Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) using SF6 gas. Siemens Canada Limited supplied the equipment to be installed and the necessary material (supports, gateways, wiring, panels and grounding) to accomplish the mandate. DCM 17/03/03 24
