5 Quality Management MPN are currently a Quality Assured Supplier and certified by the Queensland Government having achieved Level 4 Prequalification to undertake consultancies for Queensland Government (PQC Registration Number: 0156A). MPN also operates under a Quality Management System which complies with requirements of ISO 9001:2008 (Certificate Number: FS ). The Quality Management System has achieved third party certification with BSI (British Standards Institute). MPN Consulting have fully documented and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) generally in accordance with AS/NZS ISO The QMS covers all aspects of MPN s operations. Sustainability MPN are well aware of the pressures on our environment and take a responsible role in ensuring minimal impact. 7 Building Information Modelling (BIM) MPN have fully embraced BIM processes and have all team members utilising Revit Structure and 12d Civil to complete designs. This methodology has improved both the speed and accuracy of the coordination process during the critical design development phase. Model sharing, especially between architectural and structural disciplines, is enabling quicker design cycles and resolution of key building components. MPN is committed to delivering a fully coordinated construction model and work cooperatively with the project team to enable this to occur. The result being a significant reduction or even elimination of duplicated modelling effort. MPN can also provide concrete, reinforcement, post tensioning and structural steelwork volumes for major elements to assist during the costing phase of the project.
