2 Our Mission Formed in 2014, Caster Construction is a growing commercial concreting subcontractor servicing Greater Melbourne. Led by Director Ben Castelluccio whose industry experience is going on 20 years we have been successful in establishing ourselves as a key partner for numerous commercial contractors within Melbourne and are continually seeking to revolutionise the relationships which we share with our clients. As a family owned and oriented business, all employees of Caster Construction embody the values which come with family; trust, honesty and duty of care. What separates us is our dedication to understanding the unique qualities which each project presents and collaborating with our clients to bring their vision to life. We provide the most comprehensive concreting services to schedule and at market competitive rates. 3 OUR SERVICES With an extensive portfolio of dozens of commercial concreting works, Caster has the privilege to provide our concreting and excavation services to numerous sectors including multilevel residential, retail, office, aged care, education, civil and landscaping. Areas of works which we are experienced in include: STRUCTURAL Including slab on ground with footing systems and multilevel suspended slabs. Our experience also encompasses internal elements such as columns, off-form and stairmaster stairs and ancillary works such as patching, grouting and grinding CIVIL Civil works within both new developments and existing roadways and pavings including kerb & channel, side entry pits, spoon drains, retaining walls, splitter islands and shared user paths, compliant as per local city council specifications. LANDSCAPING Our vast experience in landscaping features coloured and exposed aggregate concrete, unique decorative saw cuts, paver bases, sporting infrastructure such as tennis and basketball courts as well as project specific concrete feature items. Our most unique example is our feature retaining wall for Mandalay Estate listed in Our Portfolio.

8 Project: Mandalay Estate Contractor: JMAC Constructions As one of our most prominent landscaping projects, Mandalay Estate incorporated the construction of unique off-form feature retaining walls later to be integrated with coloured exposed aggregate paving.

9 Project: Northpark Private Hospital, Bundoora Contractor: Kilbury Group We are proud to have been involved in the addition of a new building to the Northpark Private Hospital with both the slab on ground and suspended slabs at 600m2 each being placed by Caster

10 Project: 360 Orrong Road, Caulfield North Contractor: MAV Group Handling pours of up to 500m3 at a time, Caster was able to successfully deliver 9000m2 of mixed conventional and posttensioned slabs.
