18 RELEASED PACKAGES DESCRIPTION RELEASE DATE BID DUE DATE BRIEF SCOPE Caisson The purpose of Subcontractor Scope of Services for the North Metro Rail Line Design Build Project is to secure a contractor who will perform the services defined as Caissons and all incidentals necessary to complete scope of work between DUS (Denver Union Station) and 124 th Ave. East Lake Station. Plan sheets and Right of Way drawings define locations of structures and easement right of way. Furnish and Deliver Precast Girders The purpose of Contract Scope of Services for the North Metro Rail Line Design Build Project is for production and delivery of Pre-cast Girders. Rebar The purpose of Subcontractor Scope of Services for the North Metro Rail Line Design Build Project is for production, delivery, and installation of the North Metro Rail Line concrete reinforcing steel package. North Metro Sky Way Structure The purpose of Subcontractor Scope of Services for the North Metro Rail Line Design Build Project is to construct the North Metro Sky Way structure package between Sta to Sta Subcontractor shall supply all labor, equipment, material, supervision, suppliers, sub-tier subcontractors, services, and incidentals of expense necessary to construct all earthwork, caissons, substructure, superstructure, curb wall, duct bank, and traffic control. 18
