12 CHPDH schemes for villages < 50,000 people These schemes can be proved to achieve efficiencies well above 90% In EU a third of popula1on lives in these districts Address energy efficiency sustainable development and poten1ally renewable energy such as biomass, solar (especially for summer sanitary produc1on) and wasted heat (i.e. heat that is produced for example by an industrial facility and that is dissipated or wasted in the atmosphere).
