The goal of our CRM team is to maximise our turnover through facilitating sales while simultaneously building and maintaining outstanding customer and partner relations leading to continued repeat sales. As such, we currently operate a network of over 180 e-commerce websites. Our Information Technology Web Development department is responsible for developing and maintaining modern websites. One of the main tasks of a trainee in our Web Development team is to work on creating and integrating new functionalities into our dynamic customer booking portal which is displayed on each of our websites. Working knowledge of XML integration is recommended but not required. Skills Required: Technical Skills Required: Working knowledge in web development, web design, e-commerce and scripting languages such as PHP, ASP, CMS and JavaScript Knowledge of XML integration Working knowledge in database design and structure Ability to work in Linux Working knowledge of W3C validation Behavioral Skills Required: Understanding of project management Communication skills Problem solving skills Ability to work in a team

6 TRANSLATION Our translation department is responsible for converting written material from one or more languages towards its targeted audience to enlarge our demographic market to a greater international focus. Our translation trainees work closely with our CRM and Marketing department to develop and translate a wide range of promotional and technical content for our customers and partners.
