To learn more about the positions, and the work of NJCC, please visit: IMPACT ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR The primary responsibility of the Impact Assessment Coordinator is to ensure the effective evaluation of outputs, outcomes and impacts related to NJCC's lending activities and community revitalization strategies. The Impact Assessment Coordinator will oversee NJCC's strategic commitment to measuring the impact of its initiatives in order to better strategize future efforts and to accurately represent these impacts through dashboards, data analysis, and visualizations. Specifically, the Impact Assessment Coordinator will refine and implement data collection tools; develop systems to better integrate impact assessment into organizational processes and decisions; convert qualitative and quantitative data into reports and graphics; and work with fellow team members in NJCC's Resource Development Department to reflect the results in NJCC's proposals and collateral materials. In completing these tasks, the Impact Assessment Coordinator will be instrumental in NJCC's efforts to become an industry leader in impact evaluation.

2 Responsibilities: * Manage and continually improve NJCC's data collection and analysis methodology. * Develop, track, and report to senior staff on NJCC's outputs and outcome benchmarks to determine effectiveness in meeting strategic objectives. * Implement NJCC's annual borrower surveys, design and conduct other surveys as needed, and provide data validation and quality assurance of datasets. * Analyze and compile data and produce narrative content and visualizations for proposals and reports. * Develop relationships with other CDFIs and attend conferences related to impact assessment. * Design and conduct other research, including case studies, and produce reports of findings. * Utilize spatial analysis tools and create effective maps and graphics. * Build relationships with borrowers and collaborative partners to assist with data collection and collect feedback on NJCC's strategies. * Remain current on impact assessment best practices. * Be an integral member of the Resource Development Department, helping the team meet application and publishing deadlines and supporting initiatives in every NJCC line of business. * Light to moderate travel required (5-10% of time). Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in related field; Masters preferred. * Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks and work well independently and collaboratively. * Strong background in community development and/or community development finance. * Social impact data collection and analysis experience required. * Professional experience in designing and conducting research studies preferred. * Must be comfortable in a nonprofit or small office work environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Advanced quantitative analytical skills preferred. * Good networking, relationship management, and customer skills. * Knowledge of MS Office Excel required.

3 * Experience with spatial analysis tools (ArcGIS 9 or later) preferred. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite graphics programs (especially InDesign) preferred. * Experience with online survey software (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics and/or Salesforce), statistical programs (SPSS), and databases (Access) preferred. COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR Position Summary: NJCC seeks an experienced, creative, and socially-motivated Communications Coordinator to enhance the public awareness of NJCC's critical and unique role in New Jersey and to effectively communicate NJCC's programs and outcomes to a variety of stakeholders, including funders, investors, borrowers, partners, peer organizations, public officials, and local and national media. Specifically, the Communications Coordinator will lead press campaigns, develop and manage marketing collateral, coordinate outreach events, maintain NJCC's website and social media presence, and develop presentation materials, graphics, and talking points for senior staff. The Communications Coordinator will also assist NJCC's Resource Development Department in fundraising, reporting, and strategic planning within the department. Responsibilities:

4 * Develop press releases, media advisories, and other written communication to local and national media related to NJCC programs and events of note. * Manage and participate in the completion and design of NJCC's marketing materials, including annual reports, brochures, handouts, and newsletters. * Develop presentation slides and graphic collateral to enhance NJCC's visual footprint with funders and stakeholders. * Coordinate press and stakeholder events, such as project tours, open houses, and receptions, to build awareness of NJCC's successes and milestones. * Consistently add news items and updates to NJCC's website and social media platforms. * Develop and maintain media relations and continually update media database. * Maintain cross-departmental awareness of staff activities and organizational successes that can be communicated to external stakeholders via NJCC's various channels of communication. * Develop talking points to support NJCC staff with speaking engagements and quotes for NJCC staff that are featured in internal and external press releases. * Continually update NJCC's extensive contact database. * Assist Resource Development staff in completing funding proposals, due diligence requests, and reporting requirements. * Consistently collaborate with other Resource Development team members to advance departmental goals and strategies and to meet organizational deadlines. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in related field; Masters preferred. * Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks and work well independently and collaboratively. * Strong background in public relations, communications and/or community development. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Comfort working in a nonprofit or small office work environment. * Substantial experience in media relations. * Experience developing marketing content and written communications, including social media. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite graphics programs (especially InDesign). * Experience with Drupal content management system preferred.
