9 Developed after extensive research on the key elements for success at work They have been shown to outperform many other reputable personality tests (such as Hogan Inventory, OPQ32i, NEO-PI-R and 16PF5) and provide a comprehensive understanding of people s motives, talents and preferred culture. 9

10 Reports for the hiring/selection process Expert/Line manager report: Provides a prediction of the participant s strengths and weaknesses in important performance areas. Also indicates elements of culture/environment that will enhance or hamper success [sample]. Interview guide: Improves job interview objectivity, focus, effectiveness and preparation time [sample]. Leadership report: Looks at the potential leadership impact of an individual, including situations where they are likely to be an effective leader [sample]. Entrepreneurial report: Useful to identity entrepreneurial potential and potential to thrive in a startup environment [sample]. Cost for the assessments is SGD 205, per participant, per report 10

11 Reports for development and succession planning Premium development report: Covers all competency areas. Provides detailed information on strengths and weaknesses, along with information on development tips and managing limitations [sample, SGD 417, per participant, per report]. Summary development report: This report is a shorter version of the Premium development report. It looks at the highest and lowest scores, in order to provide details on the top strengths, weaknesses, tips and limitations [sample]. Leadership report: Looks at the potential leadership impact of an individual, including situations where they are likely to be an effective leader [sample]. Cost for the Summary Development & Leadership assessments is SGD 205, per participant, per report 11

13 The Identity assesses the most important traits for success in the business world The Identity directly assesses 36 businessrelated personality traits and is a valuable tool. It provides information on competency areas shown in the diagram on the right. 13

14 Reports for hiring, promoting or developing Comprehensive report: Complete assessment of personality, for use in hiring, promoting or development situations [sample]. Pre-Interview report: Provides guidance on areas and questions to focus on during a job interview, based on a candidate s profile. [sample]. Feedback report: This report can be provided to the participant/candidate. It assist respondents in understanding their personality [sample]. Cost is SGD 127, per participant. 16 MBTI offers a great way for people to understand themselves and others better The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) has been used for more than 50 years and offers a great way for people to understand themselves and others better. It provides reports for overall professional development, as well as the development of specific skills. 17 For Aptitude Assessments we offer the Savilel range Aptitude or ability tests are consistently shown to be the best predictors of workplace effectiveness/ performance/ success. Using these as part of your selection process can provide a great return on investment, by helping to pick the right person for the job. Our aptitude tests take 18 minutes to complete in an online format. 17

18 ANALYSIS APTITUDE TEST This measures critical reasoning through short verbal, numerical and diagrammatic tests. It is designed for all high level/education roles, such as directors, managers, professionals, graduates and management trainees. [view sample]. Cost is SGD 120, per participant. 18

19 COMPREHENSION APTITUDE TEST This aptitude test measures general reasoning through verbal, numerical and checking tests. It is designed for operational, commercial, customer and administrative staff, at the intern, entry or general level. [view sample]. Cost is SGD 120, per participant. 19

20 TECHNICAL APTITUDE TEST This test measures practical reasoning through spatial, mechanical and diagrammatic tests. It is designed for all technical roles, such as production workers, apprentices, engineers, designers and scientists. [view sample]. Cost is SGD 120, per participant. 20

21 How the process works 1. We provide candidates with the information to access our system and complete the tests. 2. We prepare the reports and send them to you. 3. Where required, we provide you with a consultation session to explain the reports/results. Consultation fee is SGD 200 per consultant, per hour. 21

24 Amit Puri: Managing Consultant Amit has extensive business and career management related experience, in Asia and Europe, including organisational/strategy consulting with Bain and Company. In this role he helped organisations improve their effectiveness in areas such as company culture, recruitment and selection, talent deployment, overall strategy and operational improvements. Amit has also worked for Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, in equity research, investment banking, equity capital markets, commercial banking and wealth management. His educational qualifications are equally diverse. Amit has pursued an MSc./PG Dip. in Organisational Psychology and Career Counselling, with the University of London. He has the highest level of practical training in Occupational Psychometric Testing, with the British Psychological Society. He has trained with the Career Coach Institute (USA) and Results Coaching Systems (Singapore/Australia). Amit also holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Masters in Financial Management, from the International Management Institute (India).

25 Nigel Nolan: Senior Consultant Nigel has more than 25 years general management experience in both the private and public sectors in Europe. He has managed Operational Service Units and Training & Development Units in the Irish health services. Nigel has vast experience in training needs analysis, and in the design, delivery and evaluation of training and training materials. He has trained, facilitated and led strategy development processes, organisational development initiatives and organisational performance management improvements. He is an experienced trainer, facilitator and presenter. Nigel was an associate lecturer with the UK s Open University Business School for 13 years on their Professional Diploma in Management / MBA course, and an associate lecturer in health services management with Dublin Institute of Technology. In addition to an educational background in philosophy, psychology, theology and communications, Nigel studied on a scholarship secondment in the School of Public Administration (formally a part of the Institute of Public Administration, Dublin). He has a PGDM and an MBA from the UK s Open University Business School; an M.A. in Adult & Community Education from the National University of Ireland. He is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training & Development (FIITD), a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Management (MSIM). Nigel is also a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certified Coach.

26 Michelle Tan: Senior Consultant Michelle has years of experience as a multi-lingual lecturer/trainer and has worked with clients such as Marina Bay Sands, Resorts World Sentosa, Comfort Transportation, Nanyang Technological University, PSB Academy, James Cook University and ERC Institute. Having lived in various countries such as Japan, Indonesia and Australia, Michelle is able to create rapport and foster strong links with people from various backgrounds, nationalities, and languages. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English and Japanese. Michelle also worked as a correspondent at The Asahi Shimbun, Japan s leading national newspaper, as well as a contributor in other international publications. She has attained an impressive array of academic qualifications, including a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology and Management (The City University of New York, USA), Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics (Ryukoku University, Japan), Professional Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (Cambridge University, UK), CELTA (Cambridge University, UK), Associate degree in Japanese Linguistics and Culture (Nara, Japan) and Diploma in Mass Communication (Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore).

27 Alka Chandiramani: Senior Associate Alka is a multi-lingual and experienced human resources (HR) practitioner with over 18 years of HR and legal experience. Her extensive experience in the HR arena includes a full spectrum of HR functions including regional roles and execution of Global HR programs/initiatives. She has facilitated over 200 career coaching, HR and job search related workshops at CRCE, high schools and universities in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to that she worked with MNCs, legal firms and schools throughout Hong Kong. Alka received a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the Macquarie University in Australia, a Diploma in Law from The University of Hong Kong in conjunction with the Institute of Legal Executives (U.K.) and a Diploma in Education Studies and Child Psychology from the Linguistic Council in Singapore. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional, Certified Professional Resume Writer, Certified Employment Interview Professional, Certified Behavioural/Career Consultant. She also pursued a Professional Certificate in Coaching (PCC) with Results Coaching Systems (NeuroLeadership Group) and Certification in Career Coaching with PARW/CC.

28 Janani Narayanan: Senior Consultant Janani has worked in the area of Human Resources, with Infosys Technologies Limited (a global provider of technology enabled business solutions with over $5 billion in revenues) and subsequently as an Independent Consultant. During her time with Infosys, Janani was part of the Talent Acquisition team and handled all aspects of the Recruitment Lifecycle. She was also a founding member of the HR Internal Communications team, where she planned, designed and rolled-out organisation wide communication interventions. She has won several accolades for her role in Talent Acquisition and Internal Communication. As an Independent Consultant, Janani worked closely with and assisted Ms. Hema Ravichandar, one of the leading thinkers in Human Resources in India/Asia. Her engagements primarily involved mapping existing HR processes in organisations and recommending improvements for each process, to help organisations outperform. Janani graduated with a Bachelor s in Business Management, followed by Post Graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the reputed Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
