2 DETAILS OF PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Eligible vendors meeting following criteria are eligible apply: Condition-I Vendors having successfully executed Three similar completed works related to supplying and installing Kichen Equipments in large PSU, PVT Sectors, Hotels, Restaurants or Govt departments, costing not less than 16 during last seven years ended as on OR Vendors having successfully executed Two similar completed works related to supplying and installing Kichen Equipments in large PSU, PVT Sectors, Hotels, Restaurants or Govt departments costing not less than Rs. 20 during last seven years as on OR Vendors having successfully executed One similar completed works related to supplying and installing Kichen Equipments in large PSU, PVT Sectors, Hotels, Restaurants or Govt departments not less than Rs. 32 during last seven years ending on AND Condition-II Average annual turnover during last 3 years ending should be at least Rs.12 No Description 1 Name of contractor/ Agenc Details 2 Address: Phone No.: Landmine no with STD Mobile no: E mail ID 3 Year of establishment 4 Status of the firm whether company / firm/ proprietary 5 Name of Directors/ partners / Proprietor
