2 : Library Management System. : 8 months. : Project Completed No. Of employees worked : 12 We developed a complete package for the maintenance of Library Management. The total project mainly divided into five modules, these are as follows. 1.Registration. 2.Maintanance. 3.Validations 4.Collections 5.Reports. Registration: Registration process will be performed in two conditions, 1) When new book arrived. 2) When a new person came for the membership. If a new book came to library the book id is necessary, that book id should be unique. After that, it should be placed according to the category of that book. The system will generate book id after taking the book details. If new people come for membership registration, then it will be divided into two types 1) Year Wise Membership 2) Month Wise Membership According to the person, interest system will issue unique membership id. By taking the details of that person. Maintenance: To Maintain the Library Management It Follows below Condition 1) Total Number of books should be equal to the sum of books that has Library. 2) The books, that is with the membership holders. All the books categorized into two groups: 1) Issued Books 2) Non issued Books (Referenced books) This process Maintain Some Modules If any person asked for a book. 1) Check whether the person is membership holder or not. 2) If he is an authorized person, check whether the book is available or not. 3) Check whether the book belongs to the issued books or not. 4) By using membership id check whether how many books that person have. Take decision whether to issue that book to that member or not. Validations: In this project some of the validations are as follows: 1) The person age should be greater than or equal to 18 years. 2) A person should not cross two memberships either year-wise or month-wise. 3) Without membership he/she is not eligible to take the books from the library. 4 Reports: 1) It will generate daily-wise, weekly-wise, monthly-wise, yearly-wise reports. 2) It will generate all transactions of each and every book. 3) It will generate reports on fast moving, slow moving and dead state items. 4) It will generate Reports on destroyed items, fine particulars etc. PROJECT #3: : The Park Hotel Role : Software Development and Maintenance Duration : 6 months. No. Of employees worked : 10 We developed computerized Accounting package system for the Hotel Park. It reveals around how to allot rooms for the customers. In general customers can be categorized into three types these are as follows 1) General 2) Middle Class 3) High class According to the Customer Requirements, facilities system will generate the rooms. By taking the customer information it will allot the rooms. It will monitor the extra requirements of the customers, as well as It maintains the types of rooms. Before leaving the customer, system will calculate the customer account system. Validations: 1) Already allotted room should not be allotted to others. 2) Minimum facilities should be provided. 5 File Automation System is a loan issuing bank when ever the client enter into the data base client transaction can be done into the SQLServer Once the client takes the loan, the client file can be forward into another form. At a time multi-user transactions can be done into the database. Files like 'open', forward ; 'add' the client reports and multi-user mailing facilities can be done. Banks maintain different types of loans to satisfy customer requirement such as 1) Personal loan 2) Vehicle loan 3) Housing loan 4) Education loan. Loan manager will take the requirement of customer Customer should submit the Total information about the salary particulars, deductions and any previous bank loans etc. System will check whether customer is eligible to get the loan or not. System will consider age as key factor, because retirements will be based on age factor only. After loan sanctioning customer will use that amount within certain period. Otherwise the system will cancel the particular customer account number. At that time customer have to reapply for the loan. Reports 1) It will generate how many customers applied for the different types of loans. 2) It will generate monthly, annual reports. 3) It will generate individual customer information. 4) It will generate how many files are denied. 5) Management will take decision which loan is necessary for the customers. The project has been developed for one of our client in whom they want to maintain the database categorie-wise. We have developed this project in ASP.Net using VB.Net and the data base is maintained in SQLServer. We have developed web pages and implemented with all possible user-friendly features. The divisions - Audio, Video and mp3. Apart from this, they are categorised namely Devotional, Romantic, Folk, POP, Rock, Drama, Patriotic, Classical, Vocal, Remix. The application can be accessed as administrator as well as user. Administrator can modify, insert new data into the database whereas, the user can only view the data and can make request for the songs. The application consists of 6 modules viz. Employee Module, Human Resource Planning, Performance Appraisal, Finance Planning, Development Planning, Infrastructure and stationary Maintenance. We have used VB.Net for front-end and Business logic and back end using SQLSever. The application consists of nearly 20 tables and 25 forms. The entire Application has been developed using the MDI forms. The greatest feature is User-friendly, attractive GUI, Security etc. The application support multiple user like Team Leader, Project Leader and HR Executives, HR manager etc. This application also consists of Crystal Reports for report generation. It makes use the concept of Windows Application Services i.e., a Rapid Down loader services created with which looks after entire downloading process.
