4 An Introduction Sebvest Engineering is one of the largest compression specialist companies in South Africa, and an industry leader in rail engineering and filtration products and support. The company was founded as Compressor and Engine Engineering Pty Ltd in 1989 and has grown from strength to strength on the backbone of service delivery excellence. Sebvest Engineering became a member of the Sebvest Group of Companies a ter Sebvest Group acquired the controlling stake in 2014 with the aim of expanding its rail engineering division activities, market and footprint. 5 Our established Group Sebvest Engineering is a part and proud member of Sebvest Group, a leading black owned, managed and controlled diversified investment and infrastructure group that focuses on building wealth for its shareholders. 6 Our Leadership George Sebulela Group Chairman and President George Sebulela is the Founding President and CEO of Sebvest Holdings, Compressor and Engine Engineering (Pty) Ltd's holding company. Previously George was the Head of Government, Empowerment and Public Infrastructure Finance at Absa Capital. He was also a member of Absa Capital Executive Committee. Prior to this George was the Business Development Executive at Avis Fleet Services, responsible for Business Development, Marketing Strategy and Government & State Owned Enterprises. George is also the General Secretary of BBEC as well as a chairman of the University of Fort Hare Foundation Gavin Acar Chief Executive O ficer Gavin Acar was appointed CEO of Compressor and Engine Engineering (Pty) ltd in October Gavin joined C&E as a Fitter and Turner in June 1991 and became Factory Manager in Under his tenure as CEO of C&E, the company has diversified its focus beyond its engineering roots and has become one of South Africa's leading suppliers to the locomotive and compressor air industries. Gavin has an N6 in Mechanical Engineering and was profiled as a Business Leader in Creamer Media's "Engineering News" in August Debra O'Callaghan Finance Director Debra O'Callaghan was appointed Financial Director of Compressor and Engine Engineering (Pty) ltd on the 1st September Prior to this Debra was Financial Manager at Private Label Promotion (Pty) Ltd from April 2008 to August Debra ran the Finance and Payroll Division for the PLP Group of Companies. Private Label Promotion is one of the leading South African companies within the technology, lifestyle and business systems arenas and provides solutions to Top 40 companies in South Africa. 06

7 Our Leadership Clara Zungu Director: Business Development Clara has a proven track record of leadership and management skills, and has received numerous awards over the years for her outstanding business acumen, dedication and leadership style. Over the years, she has a demonstrated an inert and valuable ability to improve performance and productivity for various companies by training and developing sta f as well as managers and supervisors to perform specific tasks for a desired and measurable end. Clara is an Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management from Belvoir Park (Zurich, Switzerland) and McDonalds' Hamburger University (Chicago, USA) graduate. She has since added to this list acquiring a Business Leadership Practices Certificate, Hotel Management and Tourism, Advanced Operations and Training Consultant Diplomas. Freemann Mhunduru Group Investment Associate With a B.Com ( Hons) in Finance Freemann Mhunduru is a talented financial analyst, with 6 years work experience in South Africa and Zimbabwe. His areas of expertise are risk modelling, Infrastructure finance and currencies. As a strategist his career has been built on the development of innovative products and consistently delivering satisfactory returns for investors. He has also worked on a number of infrastructure projects across the region in countries such has Botswana, Zambia and Mozambique. Freemann also brings invaluable experience in Private wealth management attained working at Genesis investment Bank as an analyst, where he helped grow the book of the division and also integrating for the clients, services that were o fered by all the departments of the Bank such as trade and international finance, cash management and stock portfolio management. He is the Finance and Investment Associate at Sebvest Holdings responsible for tax advisory, securitization of facilities, due diligence processes, preparation of funding proposals for clients, undertaking risk exposure assessments and adjustments of liabilities amongst his specialized duties. 07
