15 Click RETRIEVE DATA All settings can stay default. Find Corresponding MONTH/YEAR FOR PERIOD PRICE and/or BASE PRICE If the Producer Price has a (P) next to it, then it is PROVISIONAL. About 4 months after the Price is posted, it will no longer be provisional. When there is no (P) posted online it becomes PERMANENT and usable. 5 Base Price Date is the BID CLOSING DATE that can be found in the contract under Notice to Contractors or Final Addendum 6 PPI(Producer Price Index) website Follow instructions for Step 4-11-
